I ordered chicken Florentine at a medium pizza for my husband and I. Im trying to eat healthy so I subbed the pasta in the Florentine for vegetables. When I open the chicken Florentine it looks like it was sitting in a bowl of liquid and oil it was very gross looking. I took a bite of the chicken anyways and it was disgusting the chicken itself was dry and the breading around the chicken was soggy and gross. The part of the chicken they call Florentine is crap filled whatever it is inside the check in not your typical Florentine. I called the restaurant to explain what my food looked and tasted like and the guy on the phone said what do you want me to do about it. Even further said they couldnt do anything unless they saw the food. Then he said he was sending 1 of his delivery guys that was out to come pick it up for me so that the manager could see what the problem was. the delivery guy never showed to my house. I called back twice and they did not answer. Im glad we order the pizza at least I had something to eat. All this really upset me because we used to order pizza from them all the time. I dont think will be ordering from them ever again. The bunch of young kids running a store and they have no respect for their customers.

First time ordering from Sals was yesterday in Jupiter, FL. Id never heard of them before but decided to order the lunch portion of their South Beach Grilled Chicken Salad. I dont even know where to begin on how good this salad was. It brings: Mixed baby greens, julienned chicken, pineapple, avocado, tomatoes, crispy bacon, toasted walnuts (OMG!! Those walnuts were delicious) and raspberry vinaigrette. (I had the house balsamic vinaigrette). To say the lunch portion was huge and had to split it into two sections which I later came back to it and had to finish the rest. When you order a salad from an Italian place. You think "Oh their pasta may be their only specialty" but my friends you are thinking wrong. DO NOT make the mistake of misjudging these guys. The mixed baby greens were crunchy and fresh. The chicken, had an amazing seasoning flavor and you already know how I feel about the walnuts. In conclusion, it was great and Im already on their menu looking at what my next salad order will be.. Hope you guys enjoy your salad or other things on their menu.

Customer service is great! The pizza is even better! This is my absolute favorite place to eat, friends and family as well. If you want real Italian food, great service and a lovely environment, I highly recommend this restaurant !

Used to be a good place.. but today i realized why i stopped going. i had 1/2 size knots with no garlic and cardboard pizza with a tablespoon of sauce and cheese. the monday deal for 9.30$ isnt a deal anymore...

Food is okay, some of the customer service can be great while others can be snobs. But drive around back and youll see the majority of the workers smoking pot or drinking beer. Sometimes both.

Stopped by for lunch and enjoyed the special - house salad, slice of cheese pizza and half a sub. I ended up taking the sub home. Good quick service for a work lunch!

Local chain pizza is a great deal on takeout. Monday and Tuesday deals on pies. The times Ive dined in here the service was decent. Food moderately priced.

This is fine place to walk to from the surrounding neighborhoods. The pizza is made quickly and the garlic knots are killer.
