TERIBLE DELIVERY EXPERIENCE !!!. I had a large "Chicken Parnassian" pizza delivered for my family. Within a half an hour we sat down to eat only to discover that the chicken on the pie was way overcooked and the pizza was totally uneatable. Maybe they fried it twice before they put it on? Regardless, we call Brooklyn Crust and were told that "hey it is deep fried chicken on there, its supposed to be hard. I told them that it must be a mistake because they were like little rocks. They told me that they were closing a little early because it was slow and they could not bring me any other kind of pizza for us to eat that night! They said I would have my name there as a credit "next time" for a "free pizza"....Like we did not pay for the one that truly went directly into the trash! About 2-3 weeks later we called back to get our pizza only to be harassed on the phone and told that they would not honor our credit. They said NO and insisted that we must have the wrong place and "we dont have a ticket for you." REALLY? I am pulling a Pizza Scam from my house? Totally Rude, Nasty employees that are too narrow-minded to conceive that they have just screwed a real client TWICE!...UNBELIEVABLE... No loss, their pizza tastes pretty much like the box it comes in anyway...Aim higher for a real place to eat. ANYWHERE WOULD BE BETTER THAN HERE !!!

Edited 7-29-16 Below is my first review which I gave them one star food and was based on a bad experience with their delivery driver. We deiced to give them another shot and seems that employee is no longer there and service was a ton better, food was never an issue as its always been outstanding. Fast forward to present and we have order from them multiple times with no issues at all so i feel like they have earned the redemption stars. First review Giving them 1 star is hard because the food here is phenomenal. What im giving them 1 star for is the horrible customer service we experienced from their delivery driver. Long story short we had a large lunch order delivered to us at our place of business with 2 items missing so we tipped the driver 5% with the intentions of giving him more once the rest of our order was brought over. Fast forward to the driver showing back up with our 2 meals, first he flings the door open like a bat out of hell then proceeds to take our 2 meals and throw them down on the counter top. That is the point where we decided his customer service level didnt warrant more of a tip As he stormed off he not so graciously thanked us for the small tip. Now that was the point where they lost our future business.

Just had lunch, with a friend. For starters, its hot as hell in there! No AC?! In South FL?! We both got chicken Parm/penne pasta. Took 10-12 minutes for the salad; its nothing special. They dont have fountain drinks; so, no free refills; you pay $1.25 for each can of soda. Which we got ourselves. Slow Service; About 30 minute wait for our food. Ive had chicken Parm everywhere in America. Never before, did the chicken come shredded! The sauce was good; but, it should be a solid piece of chicken; not little pieces; and minimal amount at that!! $14.95 is a ripoff; was worth, perhaps $10. Neither of us will go back. Couldnt help but feel like theyre really pinching pennies; just a cheap place.

Horrible, I live walking distance from them, when I moved to NPB (12 YEARS AGO) they were the best period!!! A year ago I ordered 2 large pizzas for my sons birthday party. I went to pick them up and found out they had just given them to another person with my same name but different order. Had no room or time to make me 2 more pies, so I had to get my money back. (8pm nice) Had to go to Big Apple, further away but they got it done. Just gave Brooklyn Crust another chance, they made my Stromboli with no meat and no sauce... Save your time and find another pizza joint!! There are plenty in North Palm Beach..

This use to be a great place. I ordered a pizza last night and the first one got cut awful and looks like it was a left over and reheated. Then we took it back and that one did not sliced at all. This is the last time I get pizza with them. Lost 5 customers. Pretty sad.

Very very very rude employees. Very poor customer service. Im from New Jersey and I havent experienced such rudeness while ordering food. They should work on their customer service skills. I do like the pizza I just wish they werent so rude to me every time I order.

Tried it for the first time last week. Walked in, ordered and came back 20 minutes later. Two people there were nice, a petite woman and a man baking the pizza. Both were pleasant and sparked small talk. Pizza was tasty, loved the sicilian. Will try them again.

We ordered a medium size pizza not only was it not cut right but we ordered specific toppings to be on a certain side and it was made wrong there was no extra sauce like we requested and when it was delivered it was mildly warm.. Not hot very disappointed!!

Told us an hour for pickup. Got there exactly at an hour. Food was sitting around and cold. A medium pizza is really small but most disappointing is the sandwich we ordered. It had few pieces of dried up meat and was not edible. Will not be returning.

Tried giving this place a bunch of chances but to no avail. The employees dont even know their own menu. They are really rude on the phone and the food is ok nothing special. Would be one star but the delivery driver Kevin is super nice.

Ive never had an issue here the food is great! I love the fact that they dont drown the pizza in sauce and you can actually taste the toppings instead of just sauce! Ill never eat from the chain pizza places again.

Well it tasted like nothing. You know why??? Because I called them 8 times on both numbers on store hours and they didnt pick up. Since they didnt pick up Im guessing there pizza taste like nothing.

The food is terrible. The bread is always burned, chicken wings were dry and mozarella sticks were soggy. Tried to make a complaint or get a refund and no one responded. Terrible food and service.

I called in and asked for a Chicken Pizza and the guy on the phone though I was nuts for wanting chicken on my Pizza. I say OK, and called someplace else. I have deleted them from my list.
