I was in the area so I went to get a Group Broccoli Cheddar soup late Sunday night, after seeing customers that came in after me come and go 20 mins later I ask Night Manager that was prepping food along side another girl w/ a "Love" necklace on; if I needed a beeper in order to get my order, I have not been to Panera in years so I was not sure what the protocol was and I wasnt told by the Cashier when I paid for my order, she said No I didnt need one.....okay so why was my order taking so long. 10 Mins later they asked me is your name "so & so"? I said No, Im ____ waiting for a Soup, I finally get it almost 30 mins later the "Love" girl slapped it on the counter, No Bag, Piping Hot w/ soup spilled all down the the side. We Love Panera food, the service at this particular location NOT so much. I never write reviews but three days later and I still get annoyed thinking about the poor customer service.

we have ordered take out several times from this establishments. there always seems to be something incorrect in the order. the last time we ordered, they forgot an item, again, after i went over the order w/ the girl 2 times. i called them and they asked me to come all the way back there and pick up the missing item or a refund. neither one of these options were helpful, as we all wanted to eat. so here i am driving 15 min each way in heavy 19 traffic to get the items forgotten. when i get there the manager just hands me my items, no apology or offer of something for my time and trouble. i asked her if there was any thing she could do for me for my trouble and she annoyed-ly gave me an additional item (only $2) really????? we will be taking our company lunches else-ware from now on. thanks panera!

Service is good ,I always get the iced Americano.usually they make it good but today it was a little to light. So I went up to tell one of the associates and instead of correcting the issue she told me I would have to pay for an extra shot. I told her the drink wasnt made right,but she insisted that if I paid for another shot it would be to my likeness.I personally think she is biased against me for whatever reason because I could notice the hostel behavior she was displaying against me .I dont know her name butI am familiar with who she is .I know she is one of the blue shirts.Its unfortunate that this type of discrimination still exists.

Panera Bread costs a little more but has better quality food than most fast food joints. However, its quality at this location has been decreasing. The breakfast sandwiches are beginning to contain less egg, meat and cheese to the point where its mainly bread. Also, the souffles are available only 50% of the time. Management really needs to make sure that these goods are available if it intends on selling any. Come on, its breakfast time!

I bought the same flatbread sandwich at Publix. Me and wife were stuffed. 8.55$. Cost me 19.55 at your place for same sandwich. Got chips with yours, never got a choice of chips. Had to use both hands to carry out Publix sand., Had to make sure your sands I ordered were even in bag. Never again. What a rip-off. Oh, youll continue to make it, just like Starbucks. But you should be ashamed. WHAT A JOKE.

I wish Pasco panera bread was half as nice as this one. They always have fresh bread here and most the employees are nice. Today I met an employee that made every customer smile. He had an awesome attitude and was willing to go the extra mile. The kind of customer service thats so good you go online just to post about it. His name is Daniel. And to top it all off, hes super cute.

Went for lunch with my wife.Waited for almost 30 min just to be told that lunch was thrown away because was sitting too long. Spoke to manager named Olya that totally unapologetic stated that buzzers sometimes dont work.Not even sorry for mishap .Will not visit again.

Portions are WAAY too small. The staff is OK, but they dont clean the dining room. Some patrons like to buy 1 small coffee and then take up half the dining room with their loud chatter.

Overall food is good there, except paninis stake was almost raw. Bread bowl soup is getting smaller and smaller recently. Service sucks, didnt get the right order.
