Purchased a meat & cheese tray from Giant Eagle for a birthday celebration recently. We realized after purchasing the tray and getting it to the celebration that they did not give us the quality meat that we have always received from the deli. The tray did not contain Dietz & Watson meats, but Giant Eagle brand. There was also a liquid on the tray that we did not know where it came from. The turkey was DRY, and Crusty around the border of the meat, and our American cheese had particles on it that should not have been there. I feel the tray was unsanitary, and this was totally a rush job, and I want the store regional management, and the corporate office to know that since the general manager of the store has left, Mr. Bruce I feel the customer service, and the quality foods we have come to rely on are no longer present. The staff are arguing with customers about what we know to be true.

We purchased a meat and cheese tray from this store, and we specifically choose Dietz and Watson brand meats.We were so devastated when we realized that the meat they used was Giant Eagle brand, and the meat tasted like the cooler, and old stale food. Giant Eagle claims that they are now using Dietz and Watson meats under the Giant Eagle name. The meat tasted nothing like the Dietz and Watson I have grown to love, and I will not settle for this grocery chain changing the sandwiches my family has grown to love.

Been to the store several times, items are hard to find, not very organized. Hard to find staff when looking for items and its absolutely assinying to have to have a Giant Eagles card to use the self check out, dumbest thing ever.

I have only went to Giant Eagle due to each time I go there I have a bad experience, not only with the other customers being very rude but also the employees are not very welcoming. Also, prices tend to be on the higher side

I have shopped at Giant Eagles all over Ohio, from Youngstown to Cleveland to here around Columbus, this one gets a clientele which doesnt want the quality meats, cheeses or such, so your selection is more base.

My food was horrible, I wasted $16.21 on the salad and food bar. Actually I was shocked at how bad it was since my mother eats their all the time and our Church always order chicken from you for various events.

The staff is always so nice and helpful! They always have items in stock and I just love their deals! The new kids membership is absolutely fantastic and makes going to the grocery store much more fun!

Self checkout system is needlessly complicated and woefully unclear. Took several minutes and needed assistance twice, in order to buy just one item. System needs visual prompts badly.

Employees seem nice enough. Shelves are usually fairly well stocked. Relatively clean. Rovers near self checkouts do a good job assisting those who cant figure out the scanners.
