We went in last night to purchase a rotisserie chicken and mind you its 530pm. There was not one, a delicious clerk suggested a cold chicken but thats not what we wanted, the clerk attending to the chicken said maybe 20 minutes. We continued shopping and killing 20 minutes. My husband went to check out #4 and I back to the delight to get the rotisserie chicken only to find still not one and its still 20 minutes. Why at this hour isnt there any rotisserie chicken? Its dinner time. I did not want fried chicken which only has 2 ones and 1 box of fried spicy chicken wings. Yes, this counter was busy but someone was not prepared.

The only publix I know where there is an armed guard . Apparently they must have had some problems. The sales staff is rude or you get the answer " I dont work in this part" They stand outside right were the entrance is and smoke you right into the face. If you want to pay a HIGHER PRICE FOR ALMOST EVERY ITEM then this is the perfect place for you. I have noticed that during their breaks the Publix staff goes shopping for themselves at the WALMART WHERE EVERYTHING IS LESS THAN FROM ACROSS THE STREET. I do not know any reasons why I should pay more for groceries than I have too.

Standing in line while the two clowns one Named Justin tried to figure out how to ring up baby formula. I work close by and have a 15 minute break . I used up 20 of those minutes watching them try to check out a man buying baby formula. Yes, I was late getting back to work. I could cut them a break if they at one time said sorry for the delay to me or the other people in line. No such luck though. Some training is badly needed at this store on how to check out and treat customers as people and not cattle waiting to get slaughtered .

Brought a cake from them & they forgot the happy birthday!!! Wtf that made me so mad when on the receipt it clearly says happy birthday on part where what to be written on the cake. Then when i tried to call back nobody acts like they can put me on the fone with a manager!!

Publix is always a pleasure. From the helpful stockers to the friendly cashiers. I rarely wait in a line unless its a holiday or prime weekend hours. The BOGO deals are a bonus. Sometimes I get more then I had on the list but with great deals cant go wrong.

This is pretty close to our house and is new within the last year. We have been going here since it was opened. Everything is very clean and veggies fresh. Good meats too! Couldnt ask for more from a supermarket. Keep up the good work!

This is the best Publix and the best grocery store in general in this whole entire area! Its very clean and always stocked up. Their deli and bakery are always delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place!

Cashier and sacker were SO polite and efficient! The cashier was Emily, not sure of the sackers name, but the date is 8/23, and time is 18:17. Get in these ladies line and youre sure to get superior service with a smile!

Great fresh seafood selection. Check out there weekly ad for the best dungeness and snow crab specials in the area. The salmon dill burger is a must try. They always provide a fast friendly checkout.
