This rating has nothing to do with the actual store but is towards the pharmacy there. A particular associate who works there was so rude to me it was hurtful and unbelievable. She looked down on me and didnt offer to order my medicine for me. She basically told me they didnt have it then proceeded to take a phone call right after handing my prescription back to me. No "have a nice day" or "take care". I called and spoke with the manager of the pharmacy, Shannon, and he was very nice and sympathetic towards the situation. If we could give ratings by employees he would get 5 stars and Judy would get zero. I will never go back to this Publix again which is an inconvenience because it is so close to my house. The Publix pharmacy on East Bay has a nice manager and ALL the associates are nice and dont judge. People shouldnt work in customer service if they arent going to be nice to EVERY person they interact with each day. This lady shouldnt be working in customer service or she desperately needs some training in how to treat people.

I have to say, this Publix was a total life saver!!! My grandmother had a major knee replacement surgery and was unable to prepare food for herself and my grandfather for a couple days. I live on the other coast and when I found out she and my grandpa were barely eating, I called the Publix right across the street from their neighborhood. The Grocery Manager, Adam took my order for subs and muffins over the phone and personally delivered the food to my grandparents himself. It was the kindest gesture and Adam went above and beyond to help me get them settled and situated until I could make it over to Clearwater. He and his staff were professional, friendly and speedy in their service. And I am so thankful for their kindness and willingness to help out my family. Definitely a neighborhood friendly Publix!!!

I dont know what it is about this particular Publix, but shopping here is NO pleasure. Unfriendly, even rude staff. Plus, the parking lot is so slanted, shopping carts WILL inevitably dent your car.... I will drive right past there and go out of my way to go to Sweetbay on E. Bay/Keene.

The breads and fry chicken changed the quality several months ago in our store, this no good. Several other items they do not have anymore, this I maybe understand. Still not a bad place to shopping.
