From the outside this restaurant is deceiving. It does look old on the outside. Although most of anything in this area of Saint Augustine looks old! Inside the restaurant is very modern and gives off an upper restaurant feel to it. Very nice and knowledgable staff. I thoroughly enjoyed the Mahi special a couple weeks ago and realized just now I should add a review. I will have to say they mixed mahi with garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus with a brown gravy that was amazingly delicious. I say this because even though I am from the south never ate fish with a gravy. This was a great presentation! The price is alittle steep and more of a one on one setting or romantic dining for two. Well worth it for the experience.

Wow! This is my new favorite place to eat in St. Augustine. I had the special, Maui pan seared with a mango curry sauce served on top of citrus jasmine rice and carrots and green beans! For dessert we had peanut butter white chocolate creme brûlée. It was all so delicious! My husband had the black and blue steak pizza and it was really good! The steak melted in your mouth and the blend of blue cheese with the balsamic reduction sauce sent it over the top! It was covered in fresh whole leaves of sweet basil with fresh peppers and mushrooms and the crust was perfect! Nick stopped by our table to check on us and the service was excellent. It was a Thursday night before a concert.

Decent atmosphere, my wife ordered the grilled sea food served on a grits base...very bland, and the fish was way over cooked...I tasted the grits...basically a square block of un edible Styrofoam like substance...I myself ordered the fried shrimp with steak fries....as a self proclaimed foodie, I know good food, I also know jumbo shrimp should not be deep fried...(the chef should know this) they were just blah in flavor.... The fries were so salty that I only had a few and had to abandon them on the plate. Unfortunately 2 stars was all I could muster up for the black fly...they need to taste test what they are serving...

Perfect Florida place. The only thing missing was a beach view. It has a very welcoming atmosphere. The decor fits perfectly. The food was amazing and so was the service. Started with the conch fritters and seared scallops. The fritters were light and packed with flavor, paired perfectly with their remoulade. The scallops were seared to perfection and were fresh. The cappelini with crab was the perfect blend of creamy goodness and light fare, really good. The sheepshead, catch of the day, was seasoned well cooked to perfection. Our server, Kylie, was attentive and extremely personable. Definitely worth the trip!

Unremarkable. The food was okay, but certainly not good enough for the prices charged. The atmosphere was not really what you would expect. It is a hodgepodge - for example, the dining room we were in had 1/2 lineoleoum floors and wood floors. Very loud. Went when it was 40 degrees outside and the restaurant was cold. They kept telling us the heat was turned on, but did not seem like it. Never warmed up. Like I say, biggest complaint was price for what was ultimately unremarkable food and portions. Better off going to OSteens across the street.

Definitely an upscale dining venue. Do not come in thinking cheap. Cheapskates will hate this place. The staff was great, very friendly and knowledgable. Tried the Pork Shoulder and Pigeon peas and rice. Totally off the hook good. My Spouse had a Fried Shrimp dish that she rated as very good. Neither one of us cared much for the coleslaw versions we had. The Datil sauce with the shrimp was excellent. The appetizers were very good and the bartender knew his stuff. Wed eat there again.

My wife and I had dinner here last night and had a wonderful meal. The seafood combo plate with shrimp, scallops, and tile fish was flavorful and prepared to perfection. We were disappointed to find that the root beer creme Brulee was not available, but made do with vanilla creme Brulee. The service was attentive without being overbearing. If this restaurant were on the water, reservations would have to be made a month in advance. Casual dress.

O restaurante é ótimo, comemos carne de porco com 12 horas de preparo que estava super molhada e muito boa, e também comemos uma entrada de espinafre com queijo com torlilhas que estava ótimo também.

Went to dinner with my Husband and 12 friends on Saturday night for a birthday celebration. Our waitress was very nice-no problem splitting all the checks for couples. Nice selection on the menu..I had a wood fired pizza, my husband had the pork special and one of my friends started with the ceviche...all delicious. They have no problem serving a large group. Have dined here before and will again!

This is one of if not the best restaurant in the city. If you are looking anything from hand tossed brick oven pizza to a whole fresh snapper and everything in between! The crab capalini pasta is one of my favorite dishes on the planet. The owner and staff are amazing. Vaughn, Nick, and the other manager/ bartender do a great job keeping and ensuring the experience is nothing besides top notch.

Great food, great service, great atmosphere. I had dinner with a group of 12 ... everyone loved their food. Here it is ... a restaurant that serves resonable sized portions! I had soup of the day; squash and curry ... nicely seasoned. For a main course I had Mushroom Wellington. Mushroom and spinach wrapped in crisp pastry ... a vegetarian entree that could satisfy a meat eater.

A local recommended this restaurant. The conch fritters were a hit among the three of us. I had the fried shrimp with steak fries and it was excellent. The service was also excellent. The decor needs freshening up but did take me back a couple of decades and was kind of charming, but dont let that scare you away from the really good food and fine dining trained servers.

Our family booked the private dining area for our Mothers 90th Birthday Party. Everything was spectacular! Our Coordinator, Nick, was helpful, easy going and charming. Our Bartender, server,Nick, made everyone feel welcome and Vaugh, the owner, introduced himself to our family. I highly recommend them for any special occasion.

My husband and I shared a wonderful Mediterranean pizza with very crispy crust and whole black olives. However, my melon and prosciutto salad had not so fresh tasting prosciutto and tired melon balls. To his credit, the manager adjusted our bill accordingly and we felt that was fair.

My wife and I enjoyed our experience here. Server was friendly, food was hot but a bit delayed. Our walk across from the Bridge of Lions was beautiful. The only suggestion I would have for improvement is add some support staff. Catch of the day (Cobia) was great as was mixed grill.

AMAZING food!! Great service, friendly knowledgeable staff. Went for dinner with three friends, each of us got something different and completely cleaned our plates. Had to order dessert after how good our dinner was and it was equally delicious. Highly recommend! Eat here!!!

Smallest portion size I have seen in years! Appetizer conch fritters were tiny and extremely overcooked. Entrees were the size appetizers in comparable restaurants. Being a local I have eaten here previously but I will not again.
