My husband and I decided we wanted wings. At first it wasnt too bad. The hostess greeted us with a smile and held the door open. We were sat and it took a bit of time to get a server. I joked that if I wasnt there and he was drinking beer the service would be better. We finally ordered our food. The waitress was very nice, but not concerned with us at all. I understand tips are how money is made (btw not a good family restaurant). We got our food-not the best wings and the cheese on the loaded tots was "off". However we didnt complain. Ate our food, got the check, left a $15 CASH TIP that I handed her on a $43 bill. We paid the bill with a universal visa gift card. The server was greatful and thanked us again for her tip (20% plus tip). Tipping is important to us. The next day I looked online to check and see how much money was left on our card and the amount from The Wing House was not the same as my receipt. It was however the exact price of $51.98. Which made it an exact tip of 20% charged to my card on top of a $15 tip. Making the tip total $23 something- a little over 50%tip!!. I called and talked to the Gerneral Manger-wish I had his name. I went in with my receipt and a copy of what my card said and he tried to argue with me that they didnt take that much off my card. He did eventually give me my money back-AFTER he insulted me and insinuated that I do this all the time. "I will give you the money THIS time". All I wanted back was the 20% extra charge, I wasnt asking for my whole bill back. Somebody (maybe not our server but SOMEBODY)from that establishment is stealing extra money from customers and he was blaming me! I suggest going someplace else for wings or pay with Cash only!!! Or you may end up paying an EXTRA 20% tip ontop of your tip! I will be writing a letter to their corporate office as well.

I use to go in alone after work to see Leda because she was very personable and was always making small talk with me and her other customers. Every time that I went in to see anyone else they took my order and only paid attention to tables that had a big group. Mind you that I usually paid Leda 30%+ every time. I will not return to this wing house because my last visit I was given my food and didnt see my server for an hour and 30 minutes. Then it took another hour after she got my check to talk to her about my experience. I have 2 sisters in the restaurant business and I wanted to just be honest with the girl no managers involved. When someone goes to a regular restaurant they are going there for the food so its best that the server let the customers enjoy their meal. But with a restaurant like wing house wether you want to admit it or not people go to see hot girls showing skin so therefore the girls need to be visiting the tables constantly because thats what we come there for. She apologized and I told her that it would be my last time there. I hope that she took my advice. I sell cars for a living and one thing I learned is you treat every person the same you dont give any more attention to a person because they are buying a more expensive car. The girls at this wing house need a manager that can train them to properly treat customers in this type of restaurant. If you do go ask for Leda she is the only one I have had good experience with.

SERVICE HERE IS JUST HORRIBLE!!!!! ever walk in a restruant and the service is just not even there, the waitresses are stuck up..you would think these girls know how to make money from men who come to see hot girls and eat good food, drink beer and have great service and attitudes...i left hoooters years ago because of same problem, then its like this at wing house..i will say hooters has improved this a lot and the girls are so much nicer and the service is much better..IF I OWNED the wing house id fire the managers, id set these girls attitudes straight on how to treat people to make more money and have people return to make more money again and again..now i go to hooters or houligans...

Food was great. Server was terrible. I told her I needed a stirrer for the coffee... Her response...we dont have those... Me, may I have a spoon? Afterwards, I also told her the coffee tasted bad. Had an aftertaste. . Her response: oh, I made it in the Kierig.. then walks off... Never offered another cup..mentioned it agan.... Yes she charged us for the cup that sat on the table , filled to the brim. Also... Asked us when ordering... Ranch or Blue Cheese with the wings... ranch.... Why did she charge us .69/each for the ranch dressing... We only had two .... No extras.... You judge.

My husband and I went there after a baseball game this evening, first they seated us at a table next to a huge group of people who kept getting up and down, constantly bumping us into our table. It wouldnt have upset me, except for the fact that half of their tables were empty. Our waitress never came to check on us, we ordered the battered wings, she brought the wrong kind out to us. I asked for ranch dressing twice - never got it. We had to go and ask for our bill. The service absolutely sucked tonight. I would have given 0 stars, but the steak quesadilla was pretty damn good.

Sorry. Not coming back ever. We went once back in 2013, waited about 1/2 hour. Over heard another waitress tell ours that she had a table, and her response was "Yeah, well they can wait" Sorry, no we cant, we have better things to do. We told the manager why we were leaving on the way out, and he didnt seem surprised at all, or even seemed to care. Theres TONS of places to eat food around here; one bad experience has lost our business permanently.

The steak and cheese was perfect and my beautiful server Kayla was awesome. And Jonathan the Manager stopped at my table and introduced himself, which showed me that they appreciated me as a customer. So if your in the area and looking for a place to eat then this is the place

This is my fav wing house and I love wings. The girls are great and the food is perfect everytime. And the prices are great too. I dont know what these other people are talking about or is it that they never go out and pay for food. Maybe they should just go eat at there moms house. Its cheaper for Ya all you have to do is do the dishes lol.

Visited for the 500 race one eve. I see tons of "Bad Service" complaints. Not sure why! I had small wings and salad (photo I took), and we had non stop server action. Beer was always full and cold, food servings are HUGE, prices are reasonable. What night did you people go on? Mine was the night before a race..... so I imagine overstaffed.
