Havent been here in a while and I couldnt remember why, it all be came crystal clear again after dining there today. We were seated and the hostess asked us we would like to drink and said she would let our server know we were there.(my husband, daughter and I) Another table was seated 10 minutes later next to us and a server immediately took there order. We continued to wait getting a little impatient but Sundays a bit of a wait is to be expected. Finally a server comes to our table and the first statement out of her mouth to my daughter is "Dont you be mean mugging me, I got here as quick as I could." We are kind of caught off guard but after 20 minutes of sitting there, hungry and ready to order(Their food looked good so that was a plus). While ordering the table seated after us received there food. We then waited for our food(quite a long wait) and all I can say is maybe the cook just isnt a fan of this server because our food looked nothing like those seated next to us(different server)At this point starving and didnt care. Well lets get to the food...Hubbys sunny side up egg yolks were well done, bottom of egg burned, my daughters over easy eggs were so hard the yolk wouldnt even break open with toast to dip, and my scrambled eggs...well I cant even describe the taste maybe onion powder something definitely "off" weird smell and flavor one bite and I was done. The bisquit I ordered instead of toast sliced open and grilled.(never had that happen before), my husbands bagel not even toasted. So I ate my sides we finally ask for the bill from someone else our drinks were empty never checked on by our server who asks if we need boxes for the plates of uneaten food. I then asked what the scrambled eggs were seasoned with and she said "I dont know I dont do eggs!" Usually you can expect good service/awful food or awful service/good food, but the entire Blue Fig experience was completely awful. Unorganized, Abrasive servers, and sub par food, Will not be returning, stopped at McDs for an egg and cheese biscuit on the way home.(Not what you should have to do after dropping $35+dollars on breakfast.)

Well, this used to be my favorite place. Tonight...not so good. Waitress didnt take our order for about 20 minutes. Finally she took our order. We waited 15 minutes for our salads. Our food came out. I didnt get mine. The other three people at our table was almost finished by the time my food showed up. Was promised it was coming right out. Twenty minutes later...... But.....the waitress did have plenty of time to go outside to smoke but not be a good waitress to us. I shouldnt have left a tip. She did get one tho. I do love the food tho. When I was leaving and paying, nobody asked me how everything was. Instead I heard the other waitress tell a customer how she horrible she treated a man at breakfast because he only leaves one dollar. She told this customer that she never refilled his coffee on purpose because he is an ass and only leaves one dollar. She said if he doesnt like it she will tell him where to put his dollar tip. How unprofessional. There is a man waiter there and he is the best one they got. He didnt work tonight.

We have been there many times over the past few yrs. They have great dinner specials and we love when we can find a coupon to take w/us. We have had some really great service & some rather slow service. We like to sit in the bar area & if the gal behind the bar doesnt hv help when its busy....there can be a lengthy wait. We like "Happy Hour" on drink prices also!! Overall....we like the Alliance one better than the N Canton one cause weve gotten to know some of the people that go there & some of the employees. They both hv prices u cant beat for the portions & great specials prices. We will continue to go there & we take our friends to make them aware of the food & the great prices for what u get! Just keep on having coupons in the ad booklets

Went for breakfast. I ordered and omelet with bacon, pepper jack cheese, onion, mushrooms, and green peppers. I did not get what I ordered and our waitress did not come back until everyone else at my table was done. I told the waitress I did not want another one. Assuming it would be taken off my bill seeing as I didnt eat it. Then she came back with another one that still was not right. Needless to say I paid a $30 bill that had an 18% tip included on the bill so I had no option to give a smaller or as I wanted to no tip. I will not be returning!! Service was horrible!! Stopped at panera on my way home so I could have something to eat...

I was a regular there for breakfast. The food is good and the prices reasonable, but two Sundays ago we went for breakfast and were seated but no one ever came and took our order or brought us coffee after 15 minutes so we just left. We were told not to judge a restaurant by its Sunday service so we returned on the following Tuesday. Same thing happened and we noticed that others who were seated after us were being served. Maybe we just arent their kind of people? We tip 18-20 percent, so I hope that isnt a problem. We wont return.

Horrible experience. Waited 20 minutes to get our drinks. Then waited another 30 to get our food. They werent busy at all. Then had to wait more because one order was completely wrong. We had to send the pancakes back because they were so burnt you couldnt cut them. The bacon we ordered so so crispy it was hard to chew. Then we all went without drinks because our waitress decided to come back when we were all finished eating. Ive had very poor service here before but Ive given more chances and it just keeps getting worse.

Just went there. There where several people waiting to be seated. Went to give my name. The hostess said very rudely we are extremely busy and I dont know when you could be seated and all these people are ahead of you. Then she turned and went back folding silverware. Okay....... Apparently they dont want any business didnt even offer to take name. Oh well there loss. Left drove over to Grinders having a wonderful meal and Great service.

The food items Ive had are tasty and good portions but every time Ive gone here their service frankly sucks! Even on times when there is hardly anyone dining it takes forever to get seen but yet at any given time the wait staff can be found over by the hostess station absorbed in their phones or talking to each other or worse yet out taking a "smoke" break. Ive been here numerous times and it never seems to get any better for service

Went for dinner on a Saturday night with 6 kids. We called ahead, said they could seat us. While they did seat us immediately, they Took 10 mins to get our drink orders, another 10 mins to take our food order, then over 45 min wait to get our food, with an unhappy hungry toddler. I ended up taking the baby out to the van while my husband and kids continued to wait for their food. So, I cant even rate the food!
