I have gone to Froggers for about 16-17 years now. It has always been my favorite place to go, but lately its not the same. It wasnt that busy, but the last two times Ive gone, it has taken an absurd amount of time to get my food. How long is absurd? 40 minutes to get a medium rare burger. I tried to drink my drink sparingly, but it was obviously warm by the time I got my food, and the timing was just all bad. I dont know if its under new management, but this place has really changed. I remember as far back, as the area to the right when you walk in, used to be on a raised platform. Thats literally how long Ive been going. The food is still good, and I LOVE their tater tots and burgers. The food is still good at least. But, the place needs some repairs. A lot of tables are all crooked, falling down, and if you were to put a marble on the table, will undoubtedly roll off. Fast too, some tables its a miracle the drinks dont even fall! Instead of mounting tables to the wall with no floor support, you probably should switch to floor mounted tables, where the weight is better evenly distributed. (Note, some tables are in fact floor supported, while some are wall mounted. Im complaining about the wall mounted ones). I hope the speed of service will improve, and these tables get repaired. I still like the food, and am willing to keep going, but this is my home spot, I want to see this bar and grill continue on, and with these 40 minute waits to get foods, thats the worst part, because I should have walked out and just paid for the drinks and gone elsewhere.

Hands down, the best Wings in the Oviedo, East Orlando area. Great flavor. Burgers are alright, but not stellar. Havent tried the other food there so I cannot give a full review on food. But the wings are a 5/5 and burger a 3/5. Therefore a 4/5 overall. Atmosphere: its got that small local hangout type of feel. Usually a decent, but not un wearable crowd. Has a variety of games youd expect to find in a bar (darts, some arcade style games, pool table). Has covered outdoor seating which is also the smoking area which is the only negative of the outdoor seating. Its almost 2017 and people are still smoking despite all the health consequences... Baffles me... But I guess of youre into that, theres plenty of ashtrays on the tables and high tops at the outdoor patio. Service: Usually pleasant, although on their Special nights, like 50 cent wings on Monday days, be prepared for heavier traffic, and longer wait times for food. Cant imagine how hard those heavy traffic nights are, but the waitresses and cooks usually do a great job - all things considered. Pricing vs quantity if food: Typical bar food pricing with pretty good portions. TL:DR Best wings in Oviedo/East Orlando. Their Black & Gold flavor is the best, although I always mix Black & Gold with their Hot sauce.

We frequent this place. The food is good. However, try to get a grip on the pricing and you will not be able to. We go in tonight and order the $5 cheese steak. Good food, great price. However, order a well drink, I dare you. The flip sign right in front of me says $3.50 wells. The bill has them at $4. Okay, so what, $.50 But I ask and what is the answer - you got a double. I did not order a double. She tells me - I could not enter a single if I wanted to. This has happened more than once. The servers NEVER EVER EVER say they will make it righy. They do not offer to ask the manager. Try using your RubberU. On the RubberU sight it doesnt say if you get a break on a beer you dont get a break on the food. Again, the server NEVER EVER EVER says they will fix it. What about BOGO Wednesday. From their website - "BOGO burgers and baskets. Any single burgers off or any item under baskets". Go ahead, I dare you to challenge that. It is a VERY select few burgers or basket.. And again, the servers NEVER EVER make it right. The staff at the bar needs help. Get them a bar back. Oh wait, then they would have to tip share. So the solution, eat their food, drink the drinks, very small if any tip.

Waited 15 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated, it took another 10 minutes just to order drinks. Received the drinks and ordered food within 5 minutes. Watched other patrons come in, get seated, and order food. After 45 more minutes, and our server not checking up on us and watching those patrons that were seated after us get their food and drinks, I got pissed and sought out our server. I told her to 86 the food, just give me the bill for the drinks. Her fake apology didnt wash! We proceeded to the register where we were met by the manager who made excuses and weakly apologized. He assured us that our food was just then ready. After over an hour of waiting and watching others get seated and their orders brought to them, enough was enough and I told him to keep it, it wasnt wanted. He stated that he would take care of our order and we didnt have to pay. We walked out, sans food, and even hungrier than we were before we had went in. Id have gladly paid for the two teas and the food order, and probably ordered 50 wings if I could have shoved them all up his backside! AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOURE HUNGRY! It was a definite disappointment to me and my family.

First time I ate here the waitress was fine and came correct with everything I ordered at a fair pace (Not very fast). The second time I ate here I had a new waitress. I ordered pretty much the same exact thing off the menu. When the food came for every one at the table they brought me a chicken sandwich instead of a the burger I ordered. I literally waited another 30 min in order to get served as I sat there sipping down now my 3rd Rum and Coke. -_- I was furious but maintained my composure. about 1 hour 20 min later from stepping in the door I was served my correct order. Every one else was waiting on me and it pissed me off. So i took it to go. VERY SLOW service, I mean that! I wouldnt lie when I say SLOW service. it was 4 or 5 in the afternoon and no-body was there. Not sure what was taking so long. Id suggest going to BONFIRES instead anyways, right across the street next to the car wash, and they have better burgers + much quicker serving times. Jeeze! (This all took place about a week ago)

I have been coming here for years an i must say the place has gone downhill. Restaurants are supposed to focus on customer satisfaction an hospitality but i dont know what the deal is there i have to say its poor management the servers dont care about making the customers feel welcomed. Last time i went i had over three servers serving me the first server said she had been there all day an someone else will be serving us she did take are drink order but but i never received my drink until ten mins later. Next time ill just seat myself at the bar area. Froggers will always be my favorite wing n beer stop !!
