Going to stick to the one in daytona... came here twice this week. First we waited awhile, then they had to make more orange chicken. My husband asked for fresh Rangoons and dude said they were less than 5 mins long, when we were clearly standing in line for 10 mins waiting. So he refused to give us fresh. So we paid and satvand waited another 10 mins for more chicken. They handed the chicken over, he put it in the box, and left it there and continued to get other peoples food when we had been waiting around. I dont see how hard it would have been to hand it to us since we had already paid. Was quite irritating. Came back earlier tonight, and I ordered the bigger plate, all orange chicken. Apparently they slipped general tsao in there. I would have been fine with it, if they had asked me. But they didnt say a word. Wont be coming back to this location.

Half the time I cannot understand what they are saying through the drive-through. The other half of the time the food is not fresh, and recently just tonight I was asked to pull up because I was waiting on a chicken eggroll to come out of the oven which she said would be a minute to a minute and a half. She asked me to please pull up around the corner because she is on a timer and it makes her scores look bad? There was no one even behind me in the drive-through but she did not want me to sit there and wait because Being timed on a timer of how long the customer takes to actually get their order. I just dont think that the customer service is very good and the food is not always fresh. We will be finding a new place

Food is good, but when you go through drive through you dont get forks.... We got to the park where we wanted to eat.... No forks... Called the store to let them know, was not even rude was just trying to prevent other customers from not getting forks. The lady who answered didnt care at all. oh okay is what I got from her over the phone. We will be going to the one on ISB from now on. That was our first Panda Express experience that made us love Panda Express anyways.

My girlfriend and I went. The line was short and the store was extremely clean. The staff wasnt as helpful though. She seemed to want to rush us through the line and at one time she gave us attitude. The food was good and cooked well so overall a good experience. Just a bit of work on customer service would be nice.

Beef with broc taste like shrimp. Chow mein is so lame (onion skin, seasoning tastes burned) staff is mostly unpleasant....$10 bucks for this? im going to quit coming here...

Good food mostly. Inconsistent with keeping their food fresh. I have come a few times in the drive thru and ended up with luke warm food. Very frustrating.
