People dont care about making the food. Quick but not in a good way. Good constructed sloppy and not portioned to what it should be. Had to ask for the portion about of steak twice. 9 pieces of steak in counting is not portion. Steak was burnt. Soda was flat. Didnt have knowledge of the produce. Didnt know anything about the rewards. Double charge a lot and blame it on the system. They lie a lot to customers. Most are rude and oblivious. Had employees talk about me in front of me like if I wasnt there. I ordered a bowl online and was given a burrito with the wrong ingredients and they just emptied the burrito into the bowl which is under portioned for the bowl and the food was all mixed in. When I asked them to remake it because of allergy and gluten concerns they began to roll there eyes and talk about me to other employees and they then refused to remake it because they said "it was a waste of food". They offered to give me a BOGO card under the condition that I buy another bowl instead of just making the damn meal. Extremely disappointed.

Great IF youre a attractive young woman... 50yo man not happy today... I ordered the same thing as the young woman in front of me. She got a nice portion of steak even though she didnt order double meat. I got about 2/3 of what she did. I asked the server "Are they cutting back on the portions again?" as a hint. He replied "Not really" I asked "How much for double meat?" He replied about $2. I said OK... He adds not double meat, but only approximately half of what he had already given me previously. Again feeling cheated, I go to pay and get charged not $2 but $2.85. WTH? So I paid almost $3 extra for just a tiny bit more than the young woman that was in front of me... Id really like to see them weigh out the portions... Other than that the food is great...

Worst service ever. This place needs to really train their people in multitasking and customer service. Every single time I call in to make an order they leave me on hold forever. I have literally been placed on hold for 22 minutes just to see how long they would take to get back to me. Not even an occasional check in to tell me to hold a bit longer. This is customer service 101!!! I drove all the way over to the location while on hold the entire time and still had time to place my order. Of course, the end result of the phone call was Chipotle hanging up on me. At the register now and its about time to speak with the manager. Im a really patient person, but lack of customer service, in my eyes, is just unacceptable.

Would not recommend. Id rather drive 5 more miles to the one in Pinecrest. This place used to be good when it opened. Since then, theyve messed up my food several times, the counter is smeared and covered with sour cream and cheese and they slide my bowl through it to pass it on to the next worker. I am utterly disgusted. They are not careful about dropping other bits of food that I dont want into the food that I order (there are always cheese and lettuce bits in the guac and lives of meat in my sofritas tofu). The workers rush and are rude. This location sucks.

This location is fantastic, hot and fresh food and a clear desire to shed the bad rap the company acquired! I was in line waiting for my turn and saw some carnitas fall from the tongs and fall on the serving counter right by the carnitas bin seconds from rolling in and a worker dashed to grab the bit off the counter and throw it out making sure none fell, doing it without making a scene or a thanks... Good work Chipotle!

This particular location has the same problem most fast food places have all around this area. People who do not care about providing good service or food. Twice Ive been there Ive been provided with rice that was no fully cooked and "chicken" that when I took out individually, and washed was a lot of fat and ligaments and stuff I cant fathom is chicken. Awful.

This location has typical Chipotle fare, it does get very busy around lunch time though. the line to order can be quite long (10+ minute wait). The indoor seating gets taken up quick but there is great outdoor seating which not a lot of people use. It is also located right next door to Starbucks.

Food was quickly put together Ana sloppy. Staff didnt know about gluten free items and took us asking a manager. Sodas were weak and needed to be replaced, tasted awful. Tables were not at all cleaned and garbages were full. And it was not a busy time.

The food is great most of the time when the rice isnt undercooked. Maybe 3 people on staff actually care about doing a good job everyone else is rude. I keep going back for the food but always hesitate when I think about dealing with the staff.

Long wait. Orders phoned in definitely took priorty. Watched 3 orders thrown in the garage because there was too much going on and they couldnt keep orders straight from called in and ordered in person.

Love knock off mexican food. This is one of the best. Closest thing to it and the guac is pretty good. Get urself a brooski too while ur there. Servings are decent also. Watch for that hot sauce tho

Came here for lunch after the zoo. Wasnt bad, but nothing special. Customer service was meh, food was decent. Hate to leave a review this short...but it was a minimal experience.
