Ive lived in Coral Springs for a few years now and used to be a regular customer of this location, until my last three visits. Of course we can all Agree the food is still great, when the staff manages to get your order correct that is. The last three visits where all on a Friday and the wait was horrible, I counted 5 people behind the preparation area, 3 people on the cooking area two young gals at the register one with very short blond hair and I cant quite remember the other girls face, these two seemed to be having a hard time getting along and finding solutions to issues and I saw what appear to be a manager standing in the back. There was people who had picked food to go who went home and came back because the orders where all mess up, there was about 3 different families complaining. Im always careful to watch how my order is prepared, I can not eat certain ingredients and had to request for the person to redo my veggie burrito because he dripped pork on my tortilla as he was fixing some elses burrito, I brought it to his attention and to him it seemed ok to just push it off the tortilla y requested a new one to be made as you could clearly see pork juice left on it. While all this takes place my sons quesadilla is being made and after a couple of minutes I have to remind them they left it on the tortilla warming machine and it is probably getting burned, and they tell me is ok dont worry. When they finally take my sons order I patiently watch the girl in front of me (the one who did not get alone with the short hair blonde) as she places his meal onto a another bag with other families meal and she had all of our burritos mixed up, she had all the tickets lay out in front of her all she had to do is read . When the staff to her left tried to reach to help her with the tickets she gave him some sort of leave me alone look and he backed out. I wouldnt like to work with someone like that, Im very good with faces but this gal did not create an impression and cant remember her face. At this point I about had it and I had to point to the tickets and tell her whats what and what burrito goes in which bag. Finally the blonde takes my payment and Im out the door. We live 5 minutes away and when we open my sons quesadilla is black, burned and hard as a disc. Also there was no chips, no lemons and no coke. Napkins and utensils were low. I Inquired with the cashier and she said "we get really busy on Fridays" with all the staff they have and with this being the case on 3 occasions back to back you would think the manager would know to be prepared for this The way you handle your business when your are the most busy says a lot about the person who is running the place. You may think Im asking them to be perfect, no thats not it, I work in Ft. Lauderdale and the only good thing around for lunch here is a chipotle I gone in at 12pm where theres is 27 people in front of me in the line ( business, construction workers, nurses, students etc) all out to grab lunch in a 30 to 1 hour time frame and I go in and out in less than 10-15 minutes. All Im asking them is to improve and to live to Chipotles standards. I manage a business too and many times I stand in line trying to understand what makes the difference in these two locations and theres two things I noticed one the way the staff interacts with each other and their maturity on service and the to go order set up they have, separate from regular order. I really Hope Someone in their location reads this and they improve their late night weekend service

1775 N University Dr, Coral Springs, FL 33071 This is probably the worst Chipotle experience Ive ever have. It has always been good everywhere in Miami, but this specific store is a complete disaster and a scam. Starting with the fact that it had a hand written sign posted at the door with a marker saying "we dont have any kind of taco or tortilla". Yet, we went inside thinking of a salad (because they didnt have anything else) and they DID have tacos and tortillas. I have the picture of the door for you. It was 9:30pm when we went inside and the crew didnt have much ingredients left. The crew member that was taking my order wasnt putting enough of the usual amount because, as she told other crew member she was preparing a bowl for herself at the same time. I asked her 3 times for more lettuce, and so did my companion, just to have the regular amount of lettuce that they usually serve; while HER BOWL was just getting bigger and bigger. At the end, when we payed, they didnt even remember the ingredients that they were going to charge, I had to repeat them for the cashier. We asked for all the bowls to go, so they had the lids on. Turns out that when we got home, I found out that the lady had mixed up her own bowl to take home with mine, and I got something completely different that the one I ordered. I cant believe how this particular Chipotle can be so slow and incompetent, every time I have been there the lines are longer than usual; and the most surprising thing is that their employees are actually cheap to customers, apparently just the take whats left of the ingredients for themselves to take home. With this I mean they dont serve the right portions, but they still charge them as regular. And dont forget the sign at the door saying they didnt have something, Im guessing just to keep customers away and wrap up earlier. Definitely I am not going back to this particular franchise, I had in the past because it is very close from my friends place, but not anymore, after what happened today. And I will make sure that everyone else I know in Coral Springs dont go again to this one, either. I still have someone elses bowl with me, which I am not eating. Needles to say that by the time I got home and found out what happened, it was past 10pm and the site was closed, they were not picking up phone calls either. Very disappointing. What a terrible scam and robbery this place is.

On 1/13/15 my girlfriend, my daughter, and I went into your 1775 University Drive location in coral springs. My girlfriend ordered a kids chicken soft taco meal and herself a steak tacos meal, the service up to this point had been pretty good considering how busy the location was and the staff all came across as friendly and welcoming. However, when we got home my daughter noticed a decent sized black and yellow fly (about the length of my pinky nail) in her soft taco. I was completely alarmed and disappointed since this is not the standard of food I have been accustomed to receiving from Chipotle, but what compounded my dissatisfaction with your company is the way the manager on duty handled the situation when I called back to the store. When I called in to advise him of what happened his first response was "that is not possible, are you sure?". He told me his name is Miguel Bridge, Miguel never at any point during our conversation showed any remorse or concern about my daughter almost eating this fly in her taco or offer any means of compensation or exchange for the contaminated food. His only other response was to tell me how weird it was that there was a fly in her taco. At that point I was done talking to mister Bridge and asked if he had a superior, to which he said no, so I asked him for a way to contact his Distrit Manager directly, which he said he could not provide me with an email or a work number where he could be reached during office hours. Put simply, me and my family live in Tamarac and were loyal Chipotle customers but after this experience with your restaurant and more so your disappointing leadership team I dont think my family will ever be back.
