I hate writing reviews especially bad ones, but my goodness this Chiptole is the worse one Ive ever been to. My co-workers online ordered because we thought it would be faster. But it wasnt. I got there and they didnt even start our order. I ask to pay the cashier while they were making it, he said ok. Ignore that I had my cash out and took 3 customers with me standing there dumbfounded. After we he decide to ring me up, I asked if a bowl can be separated from the order. He messed up the receipts, double charged me. I did notice cause it took me 20 mins to get my food, (my food was to PICKED UP AT 12.) I realized in the car half way to my office and so I called. The same cashier answered and I told him the issue and his response was ok, so your in the highway. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager said I can come in later to receive my refund of the extra charges, I went back after work and he also refunded me incorrectly. At this point I dont care, I wasted more money in gas. I am never coming back. And my coworkers and I are never eating or ordering from that Chiptole.

This location needs to step up their game when it comes to the food portions. I go to chipotle all the time at the one on Pines Blvd (near the home depot, it also has a menchies near it too) and they give you a bigger serving there. But here? Not enough. As far as the food, its not bad, though something is off. Im usually able to finish my tacos, but twice now, I havent been able to finish them, food just tastes a little funny and makes it hard to finish. I might just continue ordering from the location on pines blvd instead.

The only reason this is receiving one star is because it is required. This place is an absolute mess. I came sometime last week at 11 am and the rice wasnt done cooking. I had to wait about 15 minutes till it was done. On top of that the manager on duty didnt even have the courtesy to apologize about the wait. It gets better, the guy in charge of the rice was supposed to have it done but, he was just sitting there eating. When I had told them, that I will wait for it to finish cooking, is when he decided to get up and finish.

I love this chipotle I go there every day but one time like a couple two weeks ago there was a couple employees that were ordering food that were in front of me and some of them were sitting down and then all of them just cut in front of me and started talking to the other employees that were serving them it was very rude and they shouldve let me go first since there was so many of them and they were all employees serving employees it was very rude but anyways the food is really good.

Considering its a new store and everything. I didnt expect the food to be how it was. I have to say I was really satisfied. Especially with the grill girl, Nila I believe she told me her name was. I came in and she literally did everything. The rice was good and seasoned right and the chicken was cooked to its right color. I had great service. I hope every time I go she cooks the food

Mostly ok. Good food but....I specifically asked if the pinto beans were spicy and the server told me "none of our beans are spicy". Well she did not give me the correct information, the beans were spicy!! The rest of the food was very good.

The chips at this location are almost always horrible. Stale and either no salt or lime at all or so much salt you cannot eat them. Go to the Pines location. It is worth the extra drive to get better chips.

Ordered online. Arrived at the arrival time, they didnt know all of our orders existed. To top it off they ran out of corn and sour cream. At least they try to wrap your burrito right unlike pines chipotle.

Eat here twice a week and lines are always short and staff is always so friendly! The cashier already know what My order is when she sees me. Great service and great food!
