I used to love it. Service here has gone from bad to worse, young men with very little understanding on how to treat anyone looking for food. A man coughing and struggling with their own phlegm over everyone’s food is something no one has to accept. These men demands at once for all the ingredients you’re looking for and then forgetting it, they really want to rush people out. I would not recommend it anymore.

Although they may have great food, the customer service can be horrible. My daughter purchased food from them and realized that she wasnt given her change. When she called to inform them of this, they answered the phone and hung up in her face without a greeting. When she called back she continuously received a busy signal, which displays they took the phone off the hook. Unprofessional and unethical service.

Worst location ever! Chipotle restaurant/management should really consider paying more attention to customer service. The staff was playing around laughing, talking to each other while the line of customers kept in getting bigger. The staff was extremely disorganized. No communication what so ever, including towards the customers.

I love it but they are so greedy when it comes to serving rice on a chicken bowl like they only give you one spoonful of rice and I gotta ask for a second spoonful like are yall really that greedy. I only go to this one because its the closest one to my house.

Fresh, quick Mexican cuisine! I get the burrito, (double wrapped...to hold in all the ingredients I enjoy!), extra fajita mix with everything but meat and sour cream...DELICIOUS! wash it down with an ice cold grapefruit Izzie and Im ready for the world!

It depends on what specific Chipotle location you go to order because some have very salty rice or some have very burnt bits of chicken. Different cooks and staff makes a difference I guess.

I have had two salad bowls to go. They were both very well prepared and the food was good. Im going to drop from a 5 to a 4 because the chicken had some fat in it but the place is awesome!
