Ive been a patron for over 15 years and not once have I ever had a bad meal. In fact it has always been exceptional - down to the homemade bread they serve you when you first sit. Ive seen reviews where they complain about the staff and I have to disagree strongly. They have very professional and attentive waiters, they are just not constantly in your face. They are always within eye shot, since the place is not big, and come when called. If not, any other staff, be it another waiter, the manager or the owners are more than happy to assist when your waiter is in the middle of attending to another table. Nothing but courtesy. I guess if you feel that your waiter needs to park themsleves around your table and constantly chit-chat with your party, like at a dime-a-dozen, corporate-run, itallian franchise, then the wait staff here will not be your style, go to Maccaroni Grill. The food would never compare but at least youll get a singing waiter. Everything is delicious but I have a few favorites such as their regular menu items - Bombay Chicken Ravioli, Saffron & Shrimp Risotto, and some of their rotating specials like their Sausage Risotto, Lobster Ravioli, Seafood dishes Al Cartuccio, Octopus Salami, Lasagna on the 1st Wednesday of every month. Also, their tiramisu is exquisite and made with orange zest. I dont want to name names but on the same block theres another itallian restaurant thats a little more trendy, gets pretty crowed and is quite popular... but I dont understand why when Bugattis is just steps away. I suggest you walk past that other Itallian place and right to Bugattis. Its worth the extra steps, better quality food, more authentic and more delicious!

If you are a discriminate dinner that enjoys a restaurant with a little different bent, this is the place for you. Not your typical Italian restaurant even though they do feature some excellent pasta dishes. The owners are German, and obsessive about the ingredients they use. I have been dining at Bugattis at least once a week for the past 25 years, since the first week they opened. It is also my wife and three kids favorite restaurant. Their wide variety of super fresh salads make great meals or sides. The pastas are a specialty; Raviolis stuffed with chicken in a creamy curry sauce with with white raisins and apple pieces is, spectacular. The Al Cartuccio with clams is very delicious. The fish dishes, which are cooked in the pizza oven are unique. Merluzo al Lentice , fish with lentils is a hearty dish, as is the Merluzo al oliva. Save room for the delicate desserts, the home made gelato is incredible. Pistachio, hazelnut and chocolate is my favorite.

The food was inedible so four stars is an exaggeration. In essence the waiters refused to cancel our order when we had to leave because of illness since they charged for the food any way. They claimed the food was readyalthough it did not appear in a bag for ten minutes after we cancelled the order and waited to pay for our Pellegrino. I asked to talk to the owner and they essentially refused to call her although they said they would. In addition when complained, albeit rather loudly, about the charge when we had cancelled dinner, they threatened to call the police. I heartily recommend you avoid this restaurant specially if you have any sort of illness with symptoms that might come up suddenly. They are not going to understand and they will treat you rudely and threateningly. The waiters have no idea how to act in the United States.

swiss chocolate white and dark mousse! fresh, made on site, delicious italian gelato! The most famous and delicious Lasagna every first wednesday of each month! Committed staff and owners who will only offer as their menu states: "we shall serve only good food here, at a loss if need be, but only good food" You might not know it, but u can also have wonderful and different salads, with their own homemade dressings and one salad does not resemble the next in any way. People die for the grilled chicken salad which the menu calls :"insalata in petto di pollo" and very unexpectedly you can enjoy a mouthwatering Filet Mignon. so, everything about Bugatti is spectacular, and has been for approximately 27 years now. They also have good german beer from the oldest german brewery, wine and some pousse-cafe.

Excellent food and service. I have been going here with my family for years. Authentic Italian cuisine with a decent wine list, though I typically bring my own for a corkage fee of $20. I particularly like the gamberoni appetizer, the lasagna special available the first and second Wednesdays of the month, and the ravioli Bombay when I want something a bit non-traditional. The triangoli Bugatti is also excellent. Only downsides to this place in my experience is that it is cold and also sounds echo quite a bit so it can get loud when it is busy.

Have been going for years. However, last week we noticed the menu had changed. And the food was below average to bad. When we informed the server, we were stunned at his indifference. Furthermore, he remarked that the terrible tasting dish in question, was one of the most popular. Not an apology, much less a gesture of appreciation for our patronage. Will not be back. With such a varied and wide selection of excellent restaurants in the area, we will not subject ourselves to another bad experience.

Unlike Alinas post, I actually ate the food, therefore I can provide an honest review. This Italian restaurant is a landmark of coral gables, I have been eating there for the past 20 years and never had a issue. Very good food, authentic italian cooking and great atmosphere. If you are looking for an Italian restaurant in coral gables or in Miami. I recommend Bugatti, cage vialeto and probable franchesca, this restaurants are all located in coral gables. Enjoy

Excellent food, great atmosphere. Service was stellar. Oscar is the waiter to have a great dining experience. Specials are worth trying. Celery soup was great precursor to meal. Family meal consisted of gnocchi verde with bolognese sauce and largest mussels Ive ever seen! To end the meal we ordered the ricotta cheesecake with raspberry sauce. Freshly made and lighter than others Ive had. For a Saturday night this was finest dining experience I can remember having.

Not a place to visit with kids even if they well behave. We used to go there until we had our son. After one night when they actually asked my wife to leave the premises while she attended our son because he was crying. Left right away and never went back. Too bad that even the manager got involved and did nothing, Definitively not going back again.

The food was pretty good (3.9). The menu was hard to read as a simple Chillis eater, but I overcame it. The service was good, even thought I dont think they Italian. Only real bad thing is the lemonade tasted like ass water but overall a great place to eat.

Good place for pasta, obviously. Lots of big pasta dishes that will wear you out before you head back to work so get the coffee at the end of the meal if you arent done for the day.
