I dined at EVO last week and what an experience. The food was exceptional. I had the shrimp scampi for my first course. Three large shrimp in a light butter garlic sauce, on toasted parmiggiano crostini, Yum. My friend Diane had the beet salad full of red and golden beets, on baby arugula. the dressing was light and delicious. Our server Laurie was awesome, she recommend the Sunday gravy, passed down many generations from Chef Erics Family. It was so tender it melted in my mouth. Diane had the spinach ravioli, half moon raviolis with a nice Alfredo sauce, and a touch of fresh garlic, finished with toasted oreganata breadcrumbs. We shared the berry sorbet, made fresh in house. I wish they sold sorbet like that at Publix I would buy it all the time. If you have not tried EVO you must, Service outstanding They know how to take care of their customers. Big wine list, Loved my lemon drop Martini :)

Wow....what a waste. The wine was like vinegar. I ordered a vegetable plate. They charged me $40. or more, I really couldnt figure out what they were charging. The lobster francese was about $50. It tasted like it was softened with chemicals. Carmines sells a real lobster tail francese that is the best for $30. I thought that the meal was $103 without tip. The head person, said I didnt read the check correctly. And, I didnt; it was something like $193. plus a $38.00 tip. We just got back from 2 weeks in Italy and had great food at prices that were welcomed because the food was so good. Coming here was a real rip off. The server was really nice and did a good job. However, the prices for the items served were a real rip off.

My husband and I went for our 10 year anniversary on the recommendation of a friend, and we LOVED it. The decor and ambiance were so nice - clean and elegant, yet cozy and inviting. The service and the food were EXCELLENT. We even heard people around us talking about how much they loved that place. Because I just mentioned that it was our anniversary, they were so nice to bring us an unexpected little dessert treat (on the house, btw!) and it was perfect. Nice touch! :) I cant imagine our 10 year anniversary dinner being any better. We will definitely be back! Thanks Evo!

We had dinner with friends and it was the best meal any of us could remember. Erika, our amazing server described each item so well that it made it very hard to make a choice. If you dont see what you want the chef is happy to make it, but you must try the items on the menu, as they are all excellent, from appetizers to desserts. I cant wait to return and if you have not been there , its a must!!!

We had dinner there last night. Absolutely amazing service! We had to order several gluten free dishes and the chef and staff went out of their way to be helpful. The food was amazing and we will definitely go there everytime we are in town.
