DISASTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Called and ordered lunch at 11:10 am was told it would be delivered within 60 minutes.............12:40 still waiting for it, after 3 furious calls to the business. Each time was told it was on its way. It finally arrived and I had paid with a credit card, when the man asked for my credit card I was like WHY? his answer was that they do a rub of your card. NO WAY!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats not done anymore. So I opted to pay cash. However.....................they charged my credit card and it took 6 days to get a credit back to my account. When I called to complain about the long wait..............................Oh and forgot to say this needless to say the food was ICE cold and nasty. Eggplant Parmesan Sandwich and fries and a Roast beef and ham sub where the cow was still walking. BEST of all the man I spoke to on the phone said that we would get a FREE meal when we wanted it so just call and it would be in the book. So TODAY we order a pizza and get there to get it an lo and behold we are told only 20% off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This doesnt even relay the nasty little woman at the register who insisted we were at fault and not them. And who didnt want to deal with the problem. Seriously? You lost a lot of Business by your unprofessional attitude. Passing the word along AVOID DOUGHBOYS at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you ever been to Dough Boys? A Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant... extraordinaire, located at 829 SE 17th Street Causeway? Since it has been around since 1984, they must be doing something right. So when a friend asked me to join her for a pizza, she was ordering, I immediately said YES. I love pizza and am always on the hunt for a spectacular new place. Dough Boys was 5 stars and sensational, I was extremely impressed. The dough is made fresh daily and exceptional, loved the crust that had been brushed with olive oil. When Randy, the owner, was telling me about how his sauce on this pizza was different, because it had chucks of tomatoes and was a little sweet. Thinking to myself, I dont think I am going to like it; boy was I amazed.... It was incredible.... Probably one of the best. As far as toppings I chose pepperoni and green pepper, (which had been sautéed). The cheese was top-notch quality, as well as the pepperoni. Do yourself a favor, stop by and try their pizza and see for yourself, Im sure you will be back again!

I went here Sunday with my family and this place was horrible. When we arrived around 1 in the afternoon we were informed by the staff that there were no wait staff and that we would have to order at the counter and carry the food over to the tables our selves. Now mind you there where three wait staff behind the counter so I dont understand why one of them could not be taking orders and running food out. Its not like it was that busy while we where there so I doubt you need three cashiers. Anyway we orders spaghetti with meatballs, Alfredo with broccoli, and veal parmesan with baked ziti. The ONLY dish worth eating was the spaghetti with meatballs. The alfredo was very soupy and appeared to be mostly butter it was also very tasteless. And then the veal parmesan was as tough as shoe leather and the pasta was very mushy. All in all I ended up not eating most of what I bought and got a smoothie at smoothie king which was much better than that mess.

I actually really like this restaurant, but as a business owner, to see the comments from the owner to bad reviewers. I cannot believe what I am reading. I wont take my business here any further, a business owner who does not reach out to customers who have had a bad experience in efforts to counteract the bad review is absurd and reckless. I had planned on booking them for catering, (Hence my overview of the reviews) and now I am just disgusted with the nasty snarky remarks from the owner. Bad business and bad taste in my mouth. Get it together and learn how to run a business, remarks like yours are why business fail. When a customer has an issue, instead of acting like a child. Fix it. Accommodate and quit making excuses for rude staff. (Which is very accurate, the staff are 9/10 very rude. Although the lasagna isnt too bad.)

My Husband and I went to Dough Boys Pizzeria Restaurant, for our 45 th. Wedding Anniversary, and had a GREAT time. The Employees made us feel so special. And the Food I can definitely tell you it was GREAT, especially the Pizza. My Husband ate, ate and ate enjoying every slice. We are from New York and he and I know how Great Tasting Pizza Taste, and Dough Boys have Great Tasting Pizzas. I was sooo Happy we choose the right Restaurant to Celebrate, our Wedding Anniversary. Oh I forgot to tell you I also ate several Great Tasting Pizzas, not as much as my Husband. We have plans to go back to eat more Great Tasting Pizza from Dough Boys. I would like to say. This is not a Commercial, what I’ve said, is true. Dough Boys Pizzeria Restaurant Thank You All making our day special.

I used to be a manager in a local Italian restaurant in North florida. Last night when my boyfriend and I ordered a cheese pizza I could tell right away this was just sitting on top of the oven. Someone else probably ordered it and didnt want it . The crust was hard and dry cheese was nasty cold and congealed. Those are sure signs that it wasnt made fresh it had been sitting drying out some where. The calzone was OK no flavor at all that dough however was fresh in comparison to the pizza. All the dough in pizza restaurants are the same for crust, calzones, stromboli etc. Will never waste our time with this place again sure it was half the price of the place we normally get but remember you get what you pay for !!!

We ordered from here our first night on vacation. They were advertised at our hotel. We ordered 2 pizzas at about 730, called to check on our order at 830, the person on the phone said the pizza was on its way. This restaurant is 4 miles away from our hotel so when 915 rolled around and still no pizza my husband called and the person gave him the same story the food was just leaving. The pizza finally arrived at almost 10 pm cold. The sad story is I have read reviews from all over the area this seems to be common for all the pizza places. Every one seems to get pizza two hours or more after ordering and cold to boot!! Id steer clear of this place one review said they had roaches and rats!

Walked in to this place thursday night with two of my friends and ordered a large pizza and 3 drinks. We filled up our cups with soda and took a seat at one of there tables. Soon as we sat down a waitres came to us and we where advised to either sit at the bar or sit outside on the patio because the tables are for dine in customers only. This is totally understandable if the restaurant is almost full and they need the table for dine in customers. At this time , 2 people where at the whole restaurant. TWO ! And 10 empty tables. This can not be called hospitality ! Sorry.
