Absolutely awful so Im being generous in two star rating. Waitress serving wife and I had no customer service skills worth mentioning. Never asked us if we wanted water, never attempted to pour us a cup of coffee, just set cups down with the pot with a " Do it yourself " attitude. This story gets even better....she double charged me for a condiment ( peach topping for waffle @ $1.29) then when I pointed it out tried to blame it on the register mysteriously double charging....THEN...when corrected the total bill came to $26.82....gave her thirty bucks and she gives me back four ($4.00) change....asked her if the change was correct and she said "yeah." I guess the business doesnt deserve the $.82. As a former businessman I would have fired her on the spot for her incompetence and lack of people skills. Needless to say well never eat here again

I go to this place all the time. I live in the cocoa area. I constantly have issues here. such as dirty silverware, and being informed that if I receive anything wrong with my order, that "oh its just a lazy cook" with no remedy for my bad experience. There is only one good waitress here that will be professional, but if she isnt working Im out of luck. I always smile at the cook when I walk in, but he always has a very mean look on his face and never smiles back. That freaks me out, because he is managing my food. I am so disappointed with many things. But this is the only halfway decent breakfast place in the area. It is Cocoa, so there is only so high of an expectation I can uphold for a cocoa restaurant. If I was at any other Ihop, (and I have visited many different ones) it wouldnt be so bad. So they tried... Thats all I can say.

I worked in IHOP Pleasant Hill in Duluth, GA 15 years ago and I LOVED everything about it. I went back to my country, but been looking forward to be back; 2016 was the year to do so. But it wasnt what I expected at all. This location killed my dream, haha. Since we got in, we didnt like it. The greasy smell, the tough hostess, the rude waitress, the bugs (dead and alive), the bad food. The only good thing were the pancakes. So disappointed!!! Hope this happens only in this location, not in all IHOPs.

The over weight waitress with tattoos all over her neck named JENN, stole my wallet with approximately $500 dollars in it....and when i came back with the police to review the cameras, they were "down"....ONLY that night....seems the manager covered for her too....if you want terrible service and food from shady people who will steal from you A WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!!! Then go here....but Ive told EVERYONE I know, not to go to this location anymore....hopefully you wont either....

Me and my wife both were there 3 plates got sent back while we were there, we worried. My food wasnt bad but still not quite worth 7.70, my wifes food, chicken parm, wasnt worth 4 bucks and it was over 9, waitress gave her 10%off she knew the food was bad, the cook and manager need to look for other work cause they suck balls, waitress was pleasent I tipped her ,not my usual amount but something close to 4 bucks, Id suggest going dn the road but people like to gamble....

This used to be a good restaurant, with good food and good service. This is no longer the case. The waitresses are rude and incompetent. The management needs a wake-up call. Employees who behave this way cannot be coached or trained to behave differently, they have to be let go and replaced with better waitresses (and there are many out of work waitresses to choose from).

Our waiter was one of the nicest people we met while vacationing in the area! He was super friendly and gave us such attentive service! The grills were not working so he notified us of that and substituted for us graciously! We loved the food but the service outsold everything! I wish I could have caught his name but he was an amazing waiter!

Waitress was nice. That was about it. Walked in and it smelled of grease. Should have walked out. I guess we were just to anxious for food. Didnt refill drinks often enough. The food was ok. Except for the French Toast. It was merely toast with butter and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Hard to mess up pancakes.

The food was really good that day, it was hot and it was served to us in a timely manner! Sorry no food pictures this day, just pics of the dining area. I ordered the strawberry crepes and they were delicious! They were not drowned in sauce or whipped cream, just crepe, fresh strawberry and a little bit of strawberry sauce.

The food I ordered was good but I asked for extra cheese sauce and it was really not enough to satisfy me, and was charged for the amount that they gave me, Ive been to other IHOPS in the area and was not charged for this and they gave me an ample amount of sauce without charge!

Sloooow is not the right the word! took 10 minutes for the girl to bring up menus and another 20 to bring a cup of coffee! They can care less about customer service 2 hrs later walked out with an empty stomach and a bill with gratuity included. Sorry ihop you lost a customer!

Well lets see the waitress took for ever to do anything. We had people come in after we did and they got there food before us which i think is wrong but beside that the lady couldnt even get what we ordered correctly. Then the food took forever to get. But the food was great.

We waited 10 minutes for our waitress to show up. Meanwhile, flying ants or termites, not sure which, were flying around us landing on the light or crawling on the window. We changed tables. No manager. 30 minutes later with no food, we finally bailed. It was not busy. :(

Food was fine but service went straight to hell when the waitress finally showed up for work. She instantly dropped my check and ignored me for the next 40 minutes until I for up to leave. Service by the cook was great, the waitress screwed everything up.

3 waitresses 1 working, the other 2 seating on their asses. No one came to me so i went to sit my self. Waited over 15 minutes for someone to take care of me. Food is ok but service was terrible tonight. Excuse my spanglish, but Im not an illegal mexican.

This IHOP is cold. Wicked cold! I know folks take their AC very seriously here in Florida however this IHOP is going overboard. The service is average and while the tables and lobby were clean, the bathroom was not. Not my favorite IHOP by a lot.
