They have messed up on our order multiple times and they will not replace the food they mess up on. I always repeat myself to make sure they understand the order and some how they still do not get it right. The lady who works there or the owner not sure said she would rather throw food away them replace it for free. To me that says they we will resell it to someone else after we already brought it home. I also see them cooking with their hands and not washing them after wiping their face or touching money. They are very rude people and dirty!

As I was waiting for my food to get done. I looked into the back of the kitchen where one of the cooks picked up a dirty garbage can and took it to the back to dump it in the dumpster. Then he came back in the kitchen, DIDNT WASH HIS HANDS, and began to transfer food from one container to the other by scooping the food WITH HIS BARE UNWASHED HANDS!!! It was disgusting. He even looked at me while he was doing that and gave me a "what the F are you looking at" face... I was disgusted. I walked out and never went back.

WOK OUT IS SHOT OUT!!!!DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! I ordered 2 chicken broccoli lunch specials,ended up having to take one back because of mushrooms (allergic).Lady tried telling me I had to pay for a whole new one after I brought back my order to just have rice replaced.Not to mention I had it delivered and ended up having to drive back and attempt to fix this.Needless to say the lady was rude and refused to give my money back. I will never order from here again and advise anyone else to do the same.

I used to order from here since I moved to Florida 13 years ago, since about 6 years ago they have went down hill fast. So I decided to get food from there and I found a maggot in my sweet and sour chicken on 10/31/2015 I am calling the health department on them because this is just wrong. A friend of mines stated she found a roach in her fried rice. Please save your money and time and look else where because they are one nasty Chinese restaurant. Unclean conditions.

Steamed rice was under cooked and very gummy. sesame chicken had good quality chicken, but you wouldnt know it as it was swiming in far, far too much sauce, that tasted more like the color brown than anything else. Customer service on the phone when I called for a delivery order was also very lacking. waited on hold for three minutes while the lady who answered the phone told another lady a story about her boyfriend.

I order here sometimes, usually when I cant leave the house and Im out of food so probably once every 3-4 months. The food is lackluster and its overpriced for what it is but hey, they deliver and on occasion even in a timely fashion. Dont order expecting the worlds greatest NY style Chinese food. Its good in a pinch. As for sanitation, personally I none of what these other reviewers have said bothers me at all.

I ordered Sea Food Delight last night for delivery, and I got my food within a half an hour, hot, fresh and very very good. This was my first experience with Wok Out, and it surely will not be my last. I will call them when I want good Chinese food!

Worst food weve had in a long time. Used to eat here at least once a month, but stopped a few years back. Unfortunately, decided to try it again. Everything was horrible. And not worth arguing with the manager to get our money back.

The food was decent and delivered quickly 10 at night but the beef does look a lot like chicken or maybe pork. Totally not sure why its white. krab Rangoon was mostly cream cheese but still kinda good. Might eat there again!
