Like most other comments, the food was fine; however, the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Occasionally taking my tables dirty plates and offering to refill my water once, especially at a buffet, certainly doesnt merit a large tip. After taking, charging, and returning my card, I decided to leave a $1 tip. No sooner had I signed my name and returned the receipt and the pen to the tray when the waitress stepped over to retrieve the tray. She had the gall to stand there, check the receipt, and actually said, audibly, in a snarky tone, "one dollar." Walking away in a huff, she promptly went to the front counter of the restaurant and started talking about it with the other employees, which was evident from their staring at us until we finally left. Apparently, instead of being tipped based on their service, you are supposed to give them as much as they think they deserve. Well, thats not how it works, and thanks to this incident, theyve lost a couple of long-time customers.

Great service, most staff is very friendly, especially the real skinny lady with long black hair in a pony tail, frequent free drink refills, good size selection of food, it is the only place I know that serves frog legs and they a amazing but you can only get them at dinner hours. I give them 4 stars because you can only get the frog legs during dinner hours, some of the labels arent there or some are marked incorrectly, and they dont keep up with keeping the frog legs and crab legs out enough because thats the first things people go to when they get brought out. I hope my review was helpful.

This is a great place to eat.... If was the first Chinese Restaurant that I visited when I moved over to Ohio from the UK in November 2003 and I have been going back there ever since. The food is always excellent, well presented great choice, plentiful and most importantly hot. The staff are very friendly and most helpful.... We always make it a point to eat here when we are in Lancaster or even passing through on our way back home to New Marshfield from Columbus, its been a regular eating place for us since November 2003and we shall be eating in the for the foreseeable future

Usually I dont do a review unless the business was absolutely amazing or just terribly bad and sadly in this case its far from absolutely amazing. The waitresses are always beyond rude, demands for tips, gives your children dirty looks for making a mess or noise, and rushes you to get done so the next paycheck for them can come in. Ive been there several times just to give it more of a chance and the service has been terrible 2 years ago and even just a couple months ago when Ive given it another chance. Been here at lunch and dinner still horrible customer service.

Staff is rude, interuppted my familys meal twice by letting us know that the dinner prices were taking effect and we would be charged the dinner prices even though we had been there during lunch. At 3:30 their prices change to dinner prices even if you were there at 3:00. Two different staff members approached my spouse pointing at his plate repeating "dinner". We will never go back there.

Today 1-13-2015 I was shorted on change back for the Third time. I asked the cashier to correct it and she refused! Instead she gave me a coupon for me to use the next time i came in. I requested correct change again and she said flat out no. Out of total shock, i started to leave, but came back and asked her if she was a crook. She said... yes!... wow... Contacting Better Business Bureau...

I love going here to sit down and eat. It being a buffet you dont have to wait on your food. All of the girls are nice. The big rock water fountain is kickin. Im hoping one day they will give it to me! The price is good and the food is great. They always make sure their dishes/food is plentiful.

Food had been sitting outfit awhile. Tips of our noodles were hard from sitting out. Asked waitress 4 times for a water for my daughter. When we received our check she kept saying you going to tip!? Where my tip? Worst waitress Ive ever experienced. I dont reccomend this business.

This is the only Chinese restaurant in Lancaster so my family has been grinning and bearing it for a few years. Finally we decided because of the bland food, rude, tip demanding, crappy waitresses that we would just drive to canal Winchester. Much cleaner and more friendly.

Rude, nasty, employees.... Yelled at us in both broken English and Mandarin because they didnt believe the age of our little girls and wanted to charge us more for them... The entire restaurant was in an uproar as they watched them do this to us. NEVER GOING BACK...

Staff is pushy. Food isnt what it once was. They only put a few crab legs out every other hour. No peel and eat shrimp anymore. It seems they want you to pay after the first small plate. Bread is hard. On a good thought, it usually isnt crowded...

Food is decent, but staff is horrible. They dont do much but sometimes refill drink if you ask them, but demand a high tip and if they dont get what they want will yell at you in front of entire restaurant.

I always enjoy my visits here, but I strongly recommend hitting them up at open and around the time that they serve dinner (appx. 3:30p), just to make sure everything is hot and fresh.

This buffet is a hit or miss. Some days it seems great and some days you feel like you arrive between meals. I enjoy the frog legs, and crab legs when they are serving them.
