I order delivery from here often and they normally take close to an hour for delivery. Today however they took almost 1 and a half hours. I ordered at 7:09pm and received my food right at 8:30. When I called (about 8:10) the woman told me the guy was 5 minutes away. So I waited another 20 MINUTES (until 8:30) to get my food. Once I received it, I called back. The same woman told me it only took 40 minutes to deliver my food and blatantly told me I was lying about what time I called in. She said they are always busy and they always take long to deliver. When I asked why she didnt mention a long wait on the first call, she didnt have an answer. I asked for her manager. She told me the manager didnt speak English and he cannot do anything for me and HUNG UP ON ME! When I called back, she simply answers the phone and puts me on hold without saying anything. I called back multiple times and she does it every time. NEVER will I ever give them any of my money again.

This place was good the first few times I ordered from here. But the last time I ordered from this place I and my kids got sick after eating the food. I ordered the wing and the house special noodles, my food arrived at 9:30pm I placed my order at 8:30pm. By 11pm that night I was throwing up and had diarrhea, that morning both my kids were doing the same. I havent ordered from this place since, I should have known since at first the delivery woman brought me someones order from the jail. I will never ordered from this place again. I believe that they gave me food that had been sitting out all day because they didnt want to cook fresh food because it was close to closing time for them. This happens 3years ago, so be forewarned, eat at your own risk.

Ordered over the phone for delivery. There is a langue barrier. I heard 15$ which sounded right for what I had ordered. After she charged my card she clearly said 59$ which is crazy for what I got. Then she said she would refund me but needed my card again? I think I paid 59$ for nothing. Editing this message...again. they sent me a letter in the mail telling me they refunded my card. And yes they did. It took almost 2 weeks to show up but it got refunded. I after getting the letter decided to try them again. The food is good. But the phone service is crap unless you speak chinese dont call. Just go in and order. They are fast and will have enough to just wait. Thanks for the letter in the mail.

Waited over an hour and a half for delivery, and called to check on the order. Once I had given my information I was reprimanded and told to have some patience. Its been awhile since someone has made me figuratively lose my tongue. If you want to be respected as a person, dont order from here. It took anouther hour for our food to arrive. The food wasnt bad, but they did forget 2 items in our order. Honestly, the delivery guy was a really nice gentleman and I dont want to see anyone do poorly. Get rid of their front of house (the most unhappy woman to grace a telephone there is), remember the order in its entirety, and it could be good.

Besides the fact that from the moment of calling to place the order the woman was extremely rude and corrected me on whether or not my home was a town house or duplex anywho onto the food which took an hour i dont mind waiting if the foods is hot nd good but of course take a guess it wasnt. the fried dumplings werent even fried more like raw dumplings mine and my girlfriends lomain were plain and bland.then the same woman from the original call made the delivery proceded to just shove our outdoor chairs out of her way because she was at our backdoor nd was too fat to walk on the sidewalk to our front door....dont order here!

I cannot comment on delivery, since I placed an order to go (staying in local hotel on business). The food I ordered was the house special fried rice and shrimp with lobster sauce. The food was prepared in a very timely manner and not oily or greasy. The shrimp were plentiful, huge, and not over cooked. Both items were excellent tasting at a very fair price. If looking for a fair amount of food thats both tasty & inexpensive, give these guys a try.

As my boyfriend and I got out of our car to go inside the restaurant, we watch an over privileged female with her GIANT dog stick her head in the door and ask if she can bring her dog in. Then we watched her and her GIANT, non service animal, dog enter the establishment. I will not eat anywhere that allows animals into the restaurant and will be.reporting them to the Pinellas County Health Department as this is a huge health violation.

Pretty good. Not the thick sweet and sour sauce I like. But the watery kind. Other than that, not bad food. Forgot our card to get punched one day so they gave me another and said next time bring them both in and theyll combine them. And they did no problems. Even gave an extra punch just as a thank u for coming in so much. Got me a free lunch next time I came in cuz of the free punch.

Ordered for the first time after bad experience with another regular place we order from at work. Were loving New China Beach!! Being able to order online was great! Receipt of order emailed to me. They called to verify part of order and delivery was prompt. Food was delicious. We WILL order from them again!

I ordered the Crab Rangoon and when the food arrived all there was delivered were empty shells with no cream cheese at all in the shells..I called to complain and the owner said that they were too busy and will not send out another order..Bad service all around

I have never had such hot fresh qualty chinese in my life, always friendly and Ive never had something that wasnt amazing from china beach. I order from them at least once a week and love the dragon and pheanix and spring rolls. Best chinese food around by far.

Called in delivery. Extremely hot when it arrived. Fairly well priced . And pretty good the hot n spicy soup is very good. And the folks I dealt with on the phone and deliver person very pleasant and I had no trouble understanding them

The employees were extremely polite. The food was phenomenonal. It was seriously the freshest, and most delicious Chinese takeout I have ever eaten. I would highly recommend this place, and I will definitely order from here many more times!

I always eat the same thing because of my dietary restrictions on most spices. Im not a fan of the bbq boneless ribs. They were very dry and I chalk it up to a different style of cooking. Meals come with a drink so I guess thats a plus.

Good food at reasonable prices. Being able to order online is extremely convenient and the last 2 times weve ordered from them and went to pick it up theyve given us two 20 oz of soda or a 2 liter for free. Thanks New China Beach!
