I really dont expect much service from a fast food joint, but in short the service was really bad and I think my girlfriend and I got sick from the food. The attitudes of the staff was terrible. I stood there for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged and right as I was about to leave I gave a look to the person behind the counter and they finally asked if they could take my order. The look on their face was like they had just been asked to move the Great Wall of China. The tone of voice either reflected a disgruntled employee or a very lazy person that did not have a care in the world about their customer. Regrettably (and because my girlfriend and I were really hungry) I decided to give them a chance. Placed my order for a few tacos, burritos and a taco salad. Now both me and my girlfriend are sick. Not sure if it was the food or just a coincidence but either way I will never go to a Taco Bell again.

I WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU SO BEWARE!!!!THIS FOOD WAS HORRIBLE!!!! NO TASTE BLAND COLD. A SLIVER OF TACO MEAT BUT PLENTY OF JUICE TO MAKE THE BOTTOM OF THE TACO BREAK AND FALL ALL OVER THE CAR AND ME. THEY FILLED IT WITH LETTUCE, CHEESE AND 4 TOMATOES. A 7 LAYER BURRITO WITH ONLY A SMEAR OF BEANS WITH NOTHING BUT LETTUCE AND COULDNT UNDERSTAND THE GUY WORKING BECAUSE HE SOUNDED LIKE HE HAD NO ENERGY TO SPEAK. TALK LOUDER OR TURN THE SPEAKER UP. SOME PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE TIME TO SIT AND EAT THAT IS WHY YOU GO TO A DRIVE THRU I SHOULDNT HAVE TO EAT THERE IN ORDER TO TASTE THE FOOD OR INSPECT TO MAKE SURE YOU PUT THE RIGHT STUFF ON IT OR IT TASTE GOOD. IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB QUIT SO SOMEONE ELSE CAN DO IT.

Would have been 5 star, even for fast food, but this taco bell, unless you go inside, never gets order right. No biggie, ya think? Allergic to those fake little onions, my wrapper even said it was how I ordered it so I didnt unroll my burrito loaded with everything, including onions. Thankfully tmj wont allow big bites but yes I bite into it, supreme? Ugh! Spit out, within 15 minutes just from those onions touching my tongue, I started swelling up like the Lindenburg! It was funny cuz I have an epi pen and can stop the reactions. Think about it , you can die from anaphlytic shock.

What a joke. 1st item,meximelt was destroyed. Was stuck to wrapper and wrapper was disintegrated meat fell all over when I took it out of bag. Looked to be put in microwave. When I returned to window to give it back I had to wait in line a second time. 2nd item crunch wrap ingredient was left off of item. No cheese sauce. Plus item was not correct weight. Did not have correct amount of meat. Also did not have correct amount of sour cream. It was like eating a dried out flour tortilla with lettuce. It was also like throwing $6.50 into trash can. Total garbage!!

This Taco Bell has MUCH improved in the last couple of months! With the renovations and it seems a bit of a staff change, my order is usually right and depending on whos working, served with a smile with great customer service. On my last visit, my order was a bit wrong so I called attention to this and a young blonde girl made it right and was so polite - great customer skills, especially being so young. Visit this store, but I would suggest going in as the drive-thru is always long and the order tends to be right on more than the drive-thru.

Ive never had a bad experience with an employee here, theyre always friendly and engaging. The store is always reasonably clean and its the new style design of Taco Bell. Good place to sit and watch the traffic go by on Gulf to Bay if you have time to kill. I also like how Taco Bell has been quietly adding healthier choices, fresco choice and cantina they call it as well pure vegan food. Nice!

Personally, I like this place. Its better quality than a lot of the restaurants in Brooksville, the staff is friendly, and its open late. My friends and I have a game to see who can get the staff to give us the most sauce packets with our order; the current champion is Clem, who once got 41 with his order of three combo burritos and a Mexi-Melt.

I love the friendly staff and renovations. Theres still no bicycle parking rack! The only spot to secure my bike with a lock is on the handrail of the handicap entrance. I cant park there... Come on Taco Bell support the cyclists.

Poor service.there 30 minutes for a $15. Dollar order - then I get home and all my food is cold.they wont answer the phone.the boy playing on hes phone was no help at all.very disappointed with youre kids work- TOXIC HELL X BEN.

Good breakfast items....dont go at 7am when they first open....staff is not always attentive or even answers the drive-thru when you arrive. Ive left without getting food from there a few times in the morning.

Terribly prepared, even for a Taco Bell franchise. Food is ALWAYS soggy and cold by the time you get it home (I live .5 miles away by the way)
