I though my competition days where over, with a busy work schedule and 4 kids diet took back burner. I tried to a couple food prep companies that didn’t work out. I heard of Zen Body Foods through word of mouth at a fit expo, she was an IFBB pro who just won her class. I though my competing days were over. Eric was phenomenal and was able to make adjustment in my diet that where a game changer, the prep service was worth in just the knowledge he provided. With his advice and food, I obtained to date the best look onstage, and am now nationally qualified for a chance at get the coveted IFBB pro card I recommend them to My mom doesn’t even work out but hates to cook and has lost lots of weigh and never felt better mentally and physically so no my dad is on my dad who has food induced diabetic conditions.

I am a long time sufferer of gi issues including candida overgrowth eric set me up on a plan and worked with me very closely to make sure meals werent too bland but also extremely healthy i have tried everything to fix gi problem been in and out of doctors office for 2 year i started this program 3 weeks ago and already see an extreme difference this guy is the real deal and goes the extra mile he answers my text even at 1030 at night when it comes to meal plans i wouldnt go anywhere else great staff as well very friendly

I have never really been interested in food prep that didnt require me to actually make everything. I love to cook, but I decided to give it a try and after tasting the meals from Zen Body I fell in love! Everything was and continues to taste delicious! PS. My two year old even likes it!
