Do not I repeat do not go to this fast food restaurant besides the fact the cheeseburgers are old and under cooked the French fries are cold my children got sick and I have to take them to the hospital for food poisoning I told them a Pacific Way to make the cheeseburgers my children are sick they are allergic to certain condiments the lady repeated daughter back to me and still they gave me what they wanted to give me not what I ordered they did this to me several times and now the cheeseburgers didnt come back the right way and my son bit into it and got a pickle in his mouth and he is allergic to pickles now his lips and mouth and throat are so swollen I have to take him to the hospital so that they have to give them a shot to reduce the swelling in his neck believe it or not I dont know why this restaurant is still open I just seen cockroaches on the machine that takes the order that lady actually foot the cockaroach off of the computer and I said what was that a cockroach she said no it was it was just dust I said no that was a bug of some kind she thought it was funny I thought maybe she was right but now I seen it again a cockaroach on the glass window or you walk up to order on the inside of the window not the outside whoever owns this restaurant I hope you read his reviews he doesnt give a back response to this comment I will call the city and have them on the review I promise you alert all the workers and managers at this checkers be on your toes I really dont care if the food is cold or if the cheeseburgers dont come out right but when it comes to my kids I take it personal

This people are the most nasty, racist and unprofessional. Last night may 28, around 9;43pm I attempted to buy food from them and they took my order and payment with my debit card. Then a black lady Named Shakoora approached to the drive thru window and ordering us to move to the parking when no other vehicles behind us. Not only with bad manners this lady refused to give me my order and refused to refund my money back to my debit card, and with a nasty attitude stated " there is not refund back to your card". Stealing from customers!!!! And threatening me with a trespassing just because I did refused to move out of the drive thru waiting for my money back. How many times is this people taking advantage over other customers, stealing their money just because they cant defend themselves. I called the police on them and I am expecting to have my money back , otherwise it will be a good opportunity for a lawsuit. The Police was very supportive and made them process my money back to my card. Seriously why is this Black lady working there if she has no customer service skills, and she is a theft !!!!!!

Worst food experience of my life. Worst customer service I ever had to witness. Went through the drive through the other day and they left some of my order out. Called them and the manager was very rude. Was told I could come by later to discuss the matter and when I did they refused to give me a refund. How can you refuse someone a refund when you never even got your food??? Anyway, I am never going back there again. Awful workers because the management was awful. I hope other Checkers around the area are better.

I hate this place with a passion.. Ive never had such bad service in my life.. EVERYTIME I come to this place I regret it.. They have their music so loud in the store I had to repeat my order 3 times, just to have to go back to order what they didnt catch the 3 times I repeated my order.. I do not understand how many numerous complaints this place can receive before something is done!! Rallys/checkers bad business practice.. Step it up, or close down...

Ive been here about 3 times and each time my order has been wrong and has taken way to long no matter the length of the line. Drove by yesterday and an employee was outside with her shoes off picking at her feet before her shift. However management has always seemed sincere when apologizing.

My wife and I are from the north where there are no Checkers restaurants, and she grew up having them so she wanted to introduce them to me on our honeymoon. The service was very friendly (and pretty funny) and quick! I thought it was good quality for fast food.

I knew when I went hear my arteries are going to harden due to the sodium I didnt realize and unsweet tea no matter how large couldnt absolve me of the sodium attack to my tongue as a swelling increased and my heart started to palpitate

Food is hot and fresh for a checkers and have never had a problem with the staff. Manager came to the window and gave my dog a milk bone. Only issue with this location to date is a small piece of plastic in a chicken sandwich once.

Service is very poor they always mistake my order but its not so much the workers its the managers they are very rude and seem very unsanitary compared to the employees. Managers are the problem!
