I got my food and alerted the girl at the counter that there were no forks available. She said "we dont have forks tonight maybe tomorrow" how are you supposed to eat a salad with a spoon. Ridiculous. A manager there couldnt go to Walmart a buy a pack of plastic forks to get through the night or go to one of the other restaurants in the plaza and borrow some forks. How are you selling food to people with no way to eat it. Employees did not care and said there was no manager to talk to. I went to throw away my trash (which was mostly my entire meal I did not eat due to no fork) and garbage was over flowing. I had to set my bag next to the trash can.The one in Palm harbor is much better and actually cares about their customers. Will not be back here.

This Chipotle location stands out among the rest. Whys that? When I ordered online and went to pick up my food, the staff had misunderstood my order and I ended up having to wait an additional 5-8 minutes for my food. BUT the kind staff more than made up for it by providing me with a free container of guacamole and salsa, as well as by making my burrito bowl absolutely giant! This is the kind of exchange in abundance that makes for a truly great location. Food was delicious, as always, and again, I really appreciate the staff for making amends the way they did! Awesome service! Awesome food!

The manager skimped on my double meats. .I paid for double and got regular plus a tablespoon .... The one in Tampa off of Hillsborough is the best I have had so far. ...They are super pleasant and always consistent. The location at countryside seems to skimp on portions when there is a coupon circulating perhaps to make up for the freebies.... Too bad the Tampa location is so far away. Matt the manager at countryside, do better. .. especially when some of your patrons come in on a regular basis despite the bad press the chain has gotten lately.

I really hate this location compared to others. The food is good but the employees that work there really get on my nerves. If I pay for "extra" of something, I expect to get extra. On numerous occasions I have asked for extra meat or guacamole just to watch them get a nice heaping spoonful and bang it against the pan and now there is but a drip of guac left and that is all I get??? They are the same way with the rice, sour cream, pretty much anything. I normally have a hard time eating a "bowl" but not at this location.

I love Chipotle but these people need to get it together. I ordered the chicken salad with brown rice, black beans, mild salsa, cheese and sour cream with a side of guac and vinaigrette dressing (b/c its a salad!). But when I get home they didnt include the vinaigrette dressing nor did they put cheese on it. I know they get in a hurry b/c of a line of customers and keeping the food stocked but cmon! You are not McDonalds! I pay for healthy and delicious; and I expect it to be right the first time.

I love chipotle but I have been to the one on country aide several times and today was my final straw. I hate the way they short the food in the bowls and I cant tell you how many times I have gotten chips that are stale. I will not use this chipotle anymore. I feel if anyone wants chipotle spend the extra little bit in gas and go to one of the other ones because the country side location is garbage.

Clean restaurant Friendly and welcoming staff/ employees Great price for the portion size Chipotle caters , so if you have a home or work celebration they will cater. Sofrita bowl with guacamole and chips is my usual. So delicious

Our first visit to a Chipotle! We didnt know what to expect. Lizzy (Manager) came over to help us understand the menu options. She was very kind & helpful. I ate there Thursday night. I have had food poisoning ever since. Its Saturday and Im still laid out on my couch trying to recover. I wont be eating at any Chipotle resturants anymore even though they have been my favorite restaurant for the last 7 years. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this restaurant chain if you value your health.

Phenomenal staff, its as if they are there just to make sure you have an amazing day! There were 20 people in line and I only waited around 5 minutes for my food. Very impressed. They also dont skimp out on portions like a lot of chipotles do. Will definitely be driving out of the way from now on to come to this location! A+++++

Love chipotle, food is always great. Staff is super nice at this location. BUT, this location forgets to put the vinaigrette in with the salad about 75% of the time. Even after asking for it, it follows my salad halfway down the line then somehow gets left out at the end...#vinaigrette-gate

The food is great dont get me wrong... but having to pay for double meat just to get enough is terrible. I feel like they should up their portions a tad bit. Im not the first to bring this up and certainly wont be the last. Please resolve this?

Chipotle never seems to disappoint. Ive been having constant bad experiences with 2 different moes and will just never go back there anymore. Chipotles food is always fresh, always tasts great and I always feel full at the end of the day.

Great flavor, quick and efficient staff. They where able to handle 12 customers in front of me and a whole swimming team after me in a matter of minutes. This location should teach the golf to bay how to operate and earn my business.

ive been here twice, and both times loved the food and the portions, great staff but yesterday when i went i got food poisoning and had to leave school with awful stomach cramping and vomiting. love chipotle but scared to eat there.

Quick service, smiling staff, and great food. Only think they could do better is actually listen to the customers full request and order before working on it. Everytime im pleased anyhow tho, good food is good nonetheless.

Its like a knock off moes kind of like five guys is to in-n-out they dont get it right n charge to much. Example: kids taco 4.99 with beef,cheese,sour cream. If you want lettuce on your taco thats extra. :(

I would have to agree with the reviews staff can be testy, restaurant can be out of things, but youll still get most of what you pay for your $ as far as food , freshness & value.
