I went today and ordered 3 bowls and a burrito! I always ask for extra rice and beans and at all the chipotles Ive been to Ive always gotten it but this time I didnt she repeated back to me said ok then never gave it to me and they had a line so they were rushing everyone instead of listening to the customer spending 30$ you would think you should get what you pay for everytime my bowl is always overflowing out the bowl this time after all the toppings put on it wasnt even half full they were very stingy! I was so pissed if I ask for something being Im paying for it then I should get it they have never once did so badly making food as they did today I barely even had meat! I left and was so pissed I called and complained I wasnt wanting to bring the food back and cause a problem but I felt very cheated so when I called I first got a regular employee just saying Ill bring it up at the next meeting and not even offering me to speak to the manager until I asked if something could be done so I then spoke with the manager she explained I should have been given what I had asked for and she will tell them to slow down and I told her Im bringing the food back and want a full refund she said thats fine. When I get there the manager comes out and has the cashier refund me my money after she checked to make sure I brought all the food back and after I was given the refund she whispered to the employee who was making the food and who didnt give me my extra food I asked for or even the normal amount and told her if someone Ask for extras just give it to them and was smiling and laughing about it! I dont think its funny when I come spend 30$ and dont get what I ask for . How would you feel if that happened to you? Im beyond pissed and will never go back again!

I only gave it one star because it wouldnt let me leave a comment otherwise. This was the first time we ever being at a Chipotle. Upon ordering the two young frontline preparers talked so fast and looked so aggravated at us. I explained it was our first time eating there and we were looking over what to order. They continued to be oblivious to our needs. They started making my 3 tacos very quickly and very sloppy... Oh...by the way we were the only customers in line. My poor husband is allergic to tomatoes and one girl asked him is he wanted mild sauce. He said yes.... But she put a tomato mix on taco.... When someone ask if we want a sauce we are not thinking of a chunky tomato sauce. It was our first time there...and we where being rudely rushed. We had enough and just left establishment without eating. We will never go there again.

the treatment my family and i just recieved is inexcusable there.we stood in line for close to 30mins just to have our order started then put to the side because they dont have anymore steak so we are told to sit down they put our food near the trash then call us up close to 15mins later after being told it would be 4mins and several customers were taken we ask them to remake our food then there out of fajitas so that would be another wait im so over that location its really sad that i have to go out of my way to get the food that my family wants and management isnt much help had another issue were i ordered a kids Quesada that was burnt to the foil that it couldnt be feed to my dog called was promised something in the mail never got it an this was two months ago.

i love this place and would have given them 5 stars if not for a recent change theyve made. they decided to take the bacon out of the black beans so they could be more "vegan friendly"..... thats complete bullsh!t. i dont care about being vegan friendly, im human and humans are omnivores. so because some idiots are whining about eating anything that comes from anything with a face....or WHATEVER the stupid deal is, i get punished, and have to eat bland beans when i go to chipotle now. why not make special beans for stupid people if you want to be vegan friendly? makes sense to me not to punish most of your customers because a few are morons. must be a vegan woman on the board somewhere in the company......

One thing I noticed about Chipotle (And not just this one...) is that they treat the uniformed services well, both civil and military. It is comforting to see that this place is a great place for our lawmen, firefighters, paramedics, and fighting men and women can come and eat. Back to the topic at hand; it is often the case that my family would prefer to come to this place rather than other locales, because we trust this place, both for its service and its food. And theres lots of shopping nearby, so you can buy your groceries, get some coffee, toy with the notion of buying some video games, and even get a haircut! So all in all this is a nice place to go!

I dont expect them to skimp when Im paying $10 for a burrito, but they do. This location is the worst Ive ever been too, I ordered double meat and I had to hunt for the chicken and pork, hardly any tomatoes and they drenched it in sour cream. Oh and they tried to charge me as a double for my wifes bowl too ! Staff was rude and talked so fast we couldnt understand what they were saying. Floor was filthy as was the counter. Ill never go to this location again, Ill drive to Tyrone mall or 4th street,very clean and accommodating as compared to this location. I just hope we dont get sick from the food, it tasted different. STAY AWAY !!

The food is tasty and Ive really tried to like the place, believe me. But for some reason EVERY time I go here, the food goes right through me. I dont mean a couple times, im talking 9 times out of 9. Ive tried other locations, and that didnt fix the problem either. Last time I told myself Im done if I get sick, and guess what? I got sick. Its really too bad, given how yummy the food is. Especially that homemade guacamole. Its just not worth the resulting time spent in the bathroom (not to mention the pain!). I should also note that this doesnt happen to me at any other restaraunt.

I would have given it no stars if that was an option. They cheat you on everything! I could count the beans! The sofrita pan was nearly empty so we got a half a spoon of that. But the final straw was the guacamole, she got a spoonful and banged it down till there was hardly any left then said "it will cost extra" i said "well then make it worth extra" she said "no, this is all you get" there are too many good Chipotle restaurants around here to put up with that kind of rude service, stingy portions and old food.

WORSE ATTITUDE THAN A CAFETERIA SERVER!!!! I understand during lunch hours its busy and stressful. Being busy and stressed at work is part of having a good job. if you dont like it... DONT WORK THERE. I [like most people] enjoy leaving work to have my lunch outside far far far away from work to relax and eat in peace. The lack of customer service at this location makes me feel like Im not a paying customer of some sort. I go there because the food is good, but they make me feel like Im a peasant of some sort.
