Chipotle the chain has a great product and good business practices. However, the US 19N branch fails to deliver the consistent experience we expect from a Chipotle. Ive dined at this location over 30 times and easily half of my visits have had an issue. 1) Chicken is always burnt. Ive brought this to their attention which they blamed on a bad grill. 6 months have passed and most of their chicken is still tar black. 2) Pits in the guacamole. I have almost broken a tooth as pit from an avocado was left in. They apologized but tooth breaking objects should not be in soft spreads. 3) Portion sizes not consistent with corporate. You are supposed to get a 4oz serving of meat on a bowl. However, several occasions their employees barely filled the tongs to put meat on a bowl. One time the amount given was closer to 2oz and when I stated I would like a normal portion of meat I was told "If I give you more, I will have to charge you". What kind of customer service is that? I wasnt asking for double meat, or trying to squeeze more product. I wanted the expected amount that I was paying for. 4) Under-cooked ingredients. The rice tends to be under-cooked and crunchy. 5) Poor point of sale operation. Several times Ive had to correct the price listed as I was charged for another customers bowl, or not given a tortilla I requested. They bunch up several customers order together with no separation and do not communicate this to the teller resulting in orders not matching their appropriate customer.

Horrible service. Went there at 9pm on a Saturday night the guy taking our order was literally slopping the food in the bowl as fast as he could when not one person was in line behind us. My wife said no rice and the guy proceeds to fill her bowl with rice. She then repeated no rice so he dumped the bowl upside down leaving still a layer of rice on the bottom. Then goes to the meat without even asking about beans. She had to ask him to go back to a previous section each time he moved down the line. Made a mess out of both our meals and we left very disappointed. I could only imagine how bad the service is when its busy. This was by far the worst location Ive been to and will not return. The food was bland, the service sucked, and the price was simply not worth it. Advice: Slow down, listen to your customers, and take pride in your work. Even if the food wasnt that great, good service can make up for a lot. Maybe would have given 3 stars but 1 star=nothing good about this place.

As a dedicated vegan chipotle fan this location has disappointed myself and my girlfriend on MULTIPLE occasions by both of us finding meat in the sofritas bowls we order. Chipotle is happy to offer vegan options and many people who eat a plant based diet appreciate what the business offers as a convenient place to grab a quick meal that is vegan, however finding meat in the sofritas is completely unacceptable. Many locations put the sofritas separately from the beef chicken etc, this location however does not and scoops the food very sloppily causing this to happen. It is unacceptable as somebody who does not eat meat to be served meat on multiple occasions when the only reason is negligence by the employees. Pictured below is a piece of steak I had the pleasure of finding its way into my mouth from my bowl. Some people may not care but people who eat vegan should avoid this location because they obviously dont care about cross contamination of the vegan options.

The service was pretty good and it was a normal Chipotle food experience. The major downside is that the music was so loud that we couldnt hear each other speak at all. I know it is going for that hipster vibe, but when everyone is yelling at the staff to get their orders in and they still are saying "huh?," you have a problem. My toddler even complained about how loud it was in the store and that it hurt his ears. We were only in there for a to go order and I already regret it. Hopefully management will run the store closer to the one of 580 or well have to just skip the one closer to our house.

We had an office lunch for 12 people and everyone got something different. We filled out the fax form to place our order and just LOVE how easy it is to do this. We wanted to pick up the food at 11:45 am and it was ready on time. The plates were all labeled with our names so it was easy to figure out who got what - 5 stars. Last but certainly not least, the food was awesome and super delicious. Everyone totally enjoyed the lunch. And can you believe this? We got a phone call from the restaurant to find out about our experience. WOW! We will definitely go to this Chipotle again!

Theres almost always something wrong with our food. Usually the rice is so under cooked that it is a little crunchy, or they put so little rice and fajitas in that it doesnt even cover the bottom of the bowl. This last time the chicken was so burnt that I couldnt finish and had to eat something else to get rid of the taste. I love Chipotle but unfortunately this location is the closest. They are accommodating when theres a problem but usually we eat togo so its a pain to deal with. Well probably start driving past this location to go to Clearwater.

I believe it is common sense and courtesy when your trays are low on food to not scrape half a spoon full of the item onto the food being prepared. I work hard and pay good money for all the food I eat to get less than a whole spoonful of anything I order. And stop burning the chicken on the outside so bad. A little crisp is fine, but not a 3/16ths inch pieces. Smh . . . Update. Got home. Ate the second burrito and huge piece of grissle. Never eating at you establishment again. Management needs to do their job.

I am a Chipolte addict. I eat at a Chipotle somewhere in the Tampa Bay Area 3-4 times a week. I have been to this location four or five times and it has been horrible every time. The portions are small, the workers are stressed, and twice I have seen a manager standing behind the line shouting... Less chicken, too much cheese, not so much sour cream. It is obvious the experience is bad because of horrible leadership that is focused only on ROI. Go to the one on Countryside four miles south.

pretentious, over-priced, mediocre food. the chips are always either stale or soggy and they never include salsa. im really excited for the moes to open across the street. the selection here sucks and they refuse to use the english words for the meat so i never know if im getting a clam meat taco or a horse meat taco or a shedded bug meat taco its all pretty gross.. i think im gonna stop going there now that theres a moes opening.. good riddence

Every single time I go there they rush me to the point where they cant even get my order right. They dont even listen long enough to hear that I want sour cream on the side before putting some all over my meal. If I tell them afterwards they just throw the whole thing out which is also annoying because I hate to waste food. They need to slow down and listen to what the customer wants. Other than that, food is always good, sometimes cold.
