This review is for the Taco Bell on Pasadena Avenue. I asked specifically for the nacho bell grande without meat because we are allergic to gluten. The person rang up the nacho without meat. When I got home with it after driving and she started eating it, there was meat on it. She immediately broke out in hives and her throat swelled. I called Taco Bell and the manager was very short and rude and did not apologize. Even though I requested my money back and a new nacho after having to return, and with her allergic reaction, he said that I can only have one or the other and that is Taco Bell Policy. He said he did not know the name of his district manager. With the returned refund receipt, he put refund for nacho bell grande with extra beef which felt even more like a slap in the face. I explained to him that I will not be returning because I do not feel safe eating there. Christopher Granger is his name. I then had to drive even further down the street to another Taco Bell on 66th St whose manager very gracefully changed her gloves and made me a nacho without meat even though I of course had to repay for it.

I came here for breakfast at 7:15 in the morning - theyre supposed to open at 7 oclock. They completely ignored my knocks on the door, me pulling up to the drive-through, and knocking on the window. I could see the people and theyre working so I call the phone number listed on Google and of course they answer and let me know that they wont be ready for another 5 to 10 minutes. By then it would be 7:30. Some of us like to be on time for work so we can open our businesses on time for our customers. I dont understand why they have such a problem with that. 7 AM is not that early to have some sausage, bacon, eggs and tortillas and potatoes heated up come on, Taco Bell on Pasadena, get it together. I ended up going up the street to the 66th St. and Tyrone location about five minutes up the road and would recommend that you do too if youre looking for Taco Bell breakfast and dont have time to waste

I arrived at about 4:00 today. The lady taking my order was pleasant and patient while I couldnt decide what I wanted. The food was prepared well and quickly. I got into a joking banter with the staff and was having a pleasant experience and was ready to give a good review. As I was eating a staff member came onto his shift. He came out into the lobby cussing and complaining that "no one around here changes the f--king trash" or "cleans the f--cking bathrooms" and pitches a whiny fit that he always has to do it. I was sitting beside the garbage can so I could charge my phone and he comes over and changes the garbage two feet from me as I am finishing my meal. Good location all around but this one tall skinny dudes attitude and behavior ruined it. Not saying I wont be back but this guy is not the kind of person you want working here or anywhere, really.

This Taco Bell usually has amazing service, but today was different. If you get the skinny black girl, Marialia N, then your order is either going to be messed up or put upside down to spill in the bag. We just ordered the doubledilla which came with chips & salsa and a large root beer. My fiancé is allergic to tomatoes so I asked to switch the salsa out for cheese, which they usually dont have a problem doing. But today Marialia told us that they have never done that and we were getting salsa. After paying for our food and leaving the chips had been dumped upside down in the bag with the doubledilla spilling everywhere as well. If any of the managers read this can you please clarify if customers are aloud to make custom orders and ask for cheese instead of salsa? And instruct Marialia how to properly set an order in a bag.

They girl in the drive threw was wearing head phones and a headset, had to repeat our order several times since she couldnt hear us, tried to correct an item at the window and were told we couldnt because our order was already made. Then waited almost ten minutes to get our food. Was missing almost half our food at home and they have us carbonated water for the drinks. After calling with no answer for almost 40 minutes I was told by the manager that she wasnt there when it happened and couldnt do anything. No apology, empathy or any thing of the sort. She actually said it was fine if we never came back. Wow! But I guess to them whats one customer. I wont be going back, they basically stole 26 dollars from us and could not care at all. What a shame

Didnt take them long to take my order and write after they placed my order not even 7 minutes later I had my order ready. The staff starting with William who was the one that took my order and was very presentable and professional at it following by Spencer, Katrina, and Lea had a very welcoming attitude. Pleases & Thank yous show good working skills. They all made me feel welcomed & were very professional. That is why I choose to go to this store@ 904 Pasadena Avenue So. Thank you all for your services.

Horrible. Ordered online and paid. Asked to check in prior so order is ready which we did. Got there said they did not have order however the CC we used was already charged. We left and called back. They said oh we found your order and we will have it ready when you get here. So here we go again up to Taco Bell and now they say we dont have order ready and workers was quite rude and tried to blame Cinco De Mayo because they were so busy. What a joke of a place never going back and beware of online ordering it is a waste of time. Also will be contacting TB headquarters.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell but the kid that took my order, Jacob, was awesome. He has the most positive attitude and it rubbed off on every customer there. I couldnt tell you how many people commented on his great attitude while I was there. Great job Jacob!

Worst customer service!! Everytime I go to this particular location I am displeased and have to go to a different location due to this location not having specific basic items. I have yet to visit the establishment and have no issues.

Staff is friendly but the frequently make things incorrectly as to how they were ordered. The staff will promptly correct their mistakes. But I think they need to pay more attention to orders when making them.

Taco Bell is a welcome addition to the neighborhood for us late-night snackers! This is one of the newly designed restaurants (clean), and the food is consistently on par with other locations.
