Great food, cranky staff. If youre looking for some great Asian food without the customary pleasent smile and gracious behavior of a sit down, or table service restaurant this is the place for you. This food sparkles with color and taste. Its served piping hot, both spicy and temperature, but dont expect the server to smile or come back for a two bite check up. The dining room has the ambiance of a McDonalds, but they do leave the to-go containers by the coke machine. I would definitely come back. But I would download the menu first and be ready to order.

I placed my order on a Walk-In during lunch. I would expect perhaps 20 minutes to wait. However when I finally gt my lunch 45 minutes later all I got was a hasty sorry about that. I have owned a restaurant and my word of caution is remember every customer matters. When we lose focus of that this is the type of things that happened. And more so as I was walking back to my building another person was complaining of the same experience. Keep in my Manager, there are more restaurant or better said competitors coming in every day. Just a thought..

Great food, horrific customer service. From the person in charge of the cash register to management! My husband and I are regular customers and receive coupons through our rewards emails every once in while. Every time we want to take advantage of these offers they have the nastiest attitude as if its there money being taken away. Super rude management who couldnt be more ignorant and negative about our last visit. This IS also part of the experience and they are definitely failing at it.

HORRIBLE. Take out was over 20 mins during lunch while those dining here were served. There were 12 people after me in line for sit down that were served and finished eating and my food still wasnt up. There was also another lady waiting prior to me. I went to one of the servers to ask and she looked at me and turned away with no word!! Left my buzzer and left DON"T GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO WAIT or enjoy being ignored. Not good customer service.

The food is good when they can actually get your order right! I have been 6 times in 2 months and every single time someone in the party gets their food made wrong. Is it that challenging to leave out 1 ingredient? To make it worse, this store has some of the worst guest service that I have ever encountered. The manager gave me attitude and wanted to argue when they messed up. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else until they get new staff and management.

This is the second Pei Wei location I have been too. I typically frequent the location on Turkey Lake Rd. but decided to try this new location since its slightly closer to me. Sad to say the food was completely different quality. I ordered chicken fried rice as usual and most of the chicken was overcooked, and the rice was very dry. From now on I will drive slightly further to the Turkey Lake Rd. location for a much better experience.

Its OK. Expensive, like everything else in the Orlando area. Quality is pretty good, its better than Panda Express. Quantity is tiny, though. Fairly generous serving of rice, tiny serving of steak. Sauces are decent, but everything costs extra. Way too expensive for the amount given, considering the quality isnt outstanding. Its the Chipotle of Chinese food, and thats not really a compliment.

Joaquine was great, they had ran out of alot of what I had ordered but he came to us and politely let us know what they ran out of and gavr us other options for our order. He gave us a cookie for the inconveniences. They surprised us with the substitutions and they were awesome.

Very good fresh food with an Asian flare. How its cooked is very dependent on the cook on duty; as I have found dishes cooked a little longer than I would have preferred. But they are willing to correct any order that has been unsatisfactory.

Very fast service and delicious food, always order Mongolian grill, is my favorite. Or the space chicken awesome too. Friendly location to go have dinner or for to go orders. You can orden online and prices are fair

STAY AWAY...HORRIBLY SLOW!! I waited over 1 hour for the food. When I demanded my money back they made me wait longer to be refunded. Go somewhere else unless you enjoy bad service.
