Usually a big fan of this place but today killed it. Ill never do business with this place again. I placed an online order(over $110 worth of food) and they never called me to finalize the order. So after 30 minutes I called...got the Im so sorry we are soo busy. I guess the customer in front of them is more important than the customer that has already order. They finalized my payment and then told me it would be 45 munutes for delivery. I made my case for the fact that the order had been place 30 minutes ago and it shouldnt take that long for the to get it to me....well that went nowhere. So we hang up and here I am sitting here over an hour and fifteen minutes later and still no food. I call back....oh sorry sir we just decided to cancel your order. No call, just canceled it. If you order here for work dont do it as clearly they cannot be counted on to get your food to you at all. Now mind you, Ive been charged(over $110 for food), and got no food and will not provide me with a voided transaction receipt. Cant trust a business that has no concerns for their customers.

You cant order what you want. This is the first time Ive ordered chinese food where they havent allowed me to make my order the way I want it and upcharge me as needed. I ordered here because it was close to home. I didnt want the vegetable fried rice that comes with lunch specials so I said to make it a shrimp fried rice and upcharge me for the shrimp and he said he cant. So then I ordered chicken and vegetables with a side of shrimp fried rice and he said he cant...I said it doesnt have to be the lunch special....I said I want chicken and vegetables with shrimp fried rice.....so...he charged me for a chicken and veg lunch special and added a shrimp fried rice to that order,,,,most asian restaurants Ive been to, just make me what I ask for and charge me for it....and seriously? 50 minutes to deliver 2 blocks away?

Went in for lunch and it was not busy. Ordered the Teryaki chicken and mentioned to the cashier that I am allergic to mushrooms. Their menu says to allow 13 minutes to prepare. My order was placed at 11:25. I did not get my order until 11:58. Had I known that they would have taken that long I would have ordered something else. I had to end up rushing back to work so I couldnt really take the time to eat it. When I finally got back to work and opened my food, it had a pile of vegetables with mushrooms in it. So now, not only did I not have time to eat, but even if I did I could not eat it. So I paid for food that I could not safely eat, much less with enough time to try and salvage something from it. Pretty likely I will not be going back

Me and my family has been going to Yum Yum Asia Cafe for ten years. Last week my mom ordered from Yum Yum Asia Cafe and they messed up on the order. We couldnt even eat the tofu cause it was too hard. They said that they couldnt redo the order cause they where closing. So we got store credit. Yesterday my mom wanted to use the store credit to buy food from them. But the manager started to snap at my mother calling her a liar and told her she cant order from Yum Yum Asia Cafe anymore and hung up in her face. The way the manager talked to her was the worst customer service i ever seen. He was so rude and nasty. Never going there again.

Great place for KOREAN food. Their Korean dishes are top-notch. Beef Bulgogi is delicious and well-seasoned. The Korean spicy chicken is mouthwatering good. I believe this restaurant is Korean-owned so its no wonder all the Korean dishes are out of this world. Their Chinese food I am not a fan of hence the 4 star review. Their lunch prices are a good price point and their dinner prices MAY seem a little pricey at first but I realized that it can feed 2-3 people easily so then its not so bad. Great place thats close to work. I would recommend anything Korean on their menu!

This is a great restaurant for take-out chinese food--- not greasy like a lot of other chinese restaurants. I have never eaten inside, but food is always ready for pick-up---fresh and HOT! :) Friendly service... one time they accidentally messed up my order and gave me tofu instead of chicken. Called about it and they politely offered to remake it (did not feel like driving back) or give me credit for next time. When I order a month later, they used the credit without any hassle. Crab Rangoons are some of the best I have had!

We moved to the area about 2 years ago, and were very pleased to find out that our local chinese delivery place was the best we had ever gotten! The food is ALWAYS incredible, and the staff is very pleasant (they even stayed open late one evening so I could get my fix!) The delivery is always very quick as well, although Ill let you in on a little secret....the better you tip, the quicker it gets to you each time you order! Even if I moved I would certainly drive to pick up food from this place.

This is my second time around at Yum Yum and ordered the same thing within 2/3 months apart: yum yum special lowmein and shrimp fried rice. Both taste delicious except that they could have use less on their heavy dose of oil on the lowmein and cook a little more on the rice. Im not sure if their type of rice is like that but I didnt like it. Overall, the service is good and nice looking and clean place to eat in. Quality of food is a 3 stars for reasons above.

Very poor service....after being greeted I sat down and looked at the menu. After a minute or so I told the cashier what I wanted. He shook his head and I sat down, thinking he got my order. I waited some 15 mins before he came back and he asked me if I wanted to order. I told him thought he took my order. no apology....since I was hungry I paid and stayef to eat. But I wont be back and will not be recommending this place.

The Yum Yum Asia Cafe is missing something. The food is OK and the price is appropriate for the quality and portions you get. I would order take-out if it was on the way home but I wouldnt go out of my way. Its not that great little restaurant that my wife and I just love to eat at. If you do decide to eat at the Yum Yum you wont feel ripped-off and you might find something you really like. My experience was three stars.

I come here often for their $5.99 lunch special because its hard to beat. You get a drink, delicious soup or side, rice and a fresh cooked meal. My favorite soup is the hot and sour soup, which is full of flavor. The staff is always friendly. The dining area is a little small and can seat 27 people, but looks nice for a Chinese restaurant. You can tell they put some effort into the paint and lighting.
