Food was great except one of our friends meals had a hair in it. No problem, it happens. They remade the meal and we expected them to comp it. We saw a manager point at our table and talk to a cook with hair similar to that our the hair found. I can only assume the conversation was focused on the hair found. My mom dumped her meal when she was done into a box and saw a similar hair on her plate as well. She asked for a manager and the manager picked up the hair and informed us that no one that worked there had hair similar to this. Both hairs were about an inch long and black. Almost every other employee working here had this hair. The manager got an attitude and accused us of it being our hair. My mom has long brown hair, as do I. My two best friends have long blonde hair and long curly black hair. It was clearly not ours. My mom asked for our meals to be comped as it was bad for hairs to be found in two separate plates and also to be accused of it being ours. The manager said shed comp my moms, but not my best friends. Completely disappointed.

First off we waited 30 min to to get seen, Then when we asked for assistance, The Wife off the owner told my Wife to slow down cause she couldnt understand me. The waiter was embarrassed. He was almost protecting the new owner in ability to apologize or remedy the problem. My wife was about to leave I told maybe it is a busy night. That was my mistake we should have left. We ordered the Hibachi that also took for ever almost 1 hour before we got our food. Finally when we got our Food my wife had a Fly in hers they didnt even ask us if we wanted another plate the assumed we did and brought another plate. When My wife approached them they said well you shouldnt have taken the food. And the Husband didnt even want to deal with it. This is why they are no longer winning awards for there restaurant. We will no longer eat here. I recommend you do not either. Very disrespectful and uncaring service.

The worst Chinese I had till date, visited to have some good Chinese food as the rating were very high, ordered one wonton soup for my wife and one egg drop soup for myself along with chicken steamed dumpling. Soup was some what ok but when the dumplings came and I took one on my place and tried I could not understand if its a lump of dough or dumplings. I could hardly find anything inside the dumplings, returned it, the guy was courteous enough to take it back appreciate that, I paid the check and left. I have tasted steamed dumplings in Thai House in East Colonial drive snd it melts in your mouth and I am regular there as it near to my office but they are closed for 15 days till 15-Mar so I had to hunt other places. Thai House is the best, anything I had tasted there the only word which came out of my mouth is "WOW". Will wait till it opens rather than wasting money eating here and there.

We ordered delivery from here with the whole family but I wished we listened to the recent reviews instead. The wait time was about 45 minutes which was pretty good, but we were shocked by the poor customer service. After the delivery driver left we realized that we were not given any sweet and sour sauce for the sweet and sour dinner combo - so we essentially paid $13 for a plate of chicken nuggets. They were not accomadating at all when we called nicely asking if there were any options to salvage the meal and we were told no. They were too busy tonight. My sister also said the beef and broccoli was not very good at all. I was happy with my shrimp lo mein, but my mom only got friend rice and dry chicken nuggets. We understand that mistakes happen but thats a huge part of that meal and the poor customer service is what was most disappointing. :(

Had the worst waitress ever. It was a darker Asian girl with a lot of eyeliner. She was so rude she kept looking at us when we called her and then look away and go somewhere else. I came in and greeted her and said hi and she didnt even say Anyrhing. She took forever to take our order for water!! It was so bad we kept asking the other waitresses if they can please help us. Thank god they gave us a Hispanic man named Jose to be our waiter and there was an Asian man who helped us as well. This was a horrible experience and they just lost 4 customers plus Im going to tell my aunt and uncle about this and all of our kids who go out to eat with us as well. I am going to tell my in laws also. That waitress really messed up my birthday thanks a lot

First off let me say something, the food is great. Its differs from your average American Asian cuisine by quality. Such quality that highly surpasses the norm that other locations can give such as The wok store very near here. The sushi is great, the udon is the best my wife has had since her visit to Japan. The noodles are fantastic. The fried rice is mediocre if its not ordered as a meat inclusive meal. But I always get a side of house fried rice because you can taste the seasoning, the vegetables and meats with such a perfect mixture. I have not had a bad experience here yet. I have moved from altamonte springs to middle/south orlando and I still drive here when I crave Asian food. Thank you guys for being around.

Very disappointed with the delivery order and customer service today. It took about an hour and fifteen minutes to get our food deliver. Food was cold, sesame chicken soggy, we ordered spicy sesame chicken, as it shows on the website with a pepper next to it, it was not spicy at all. There was hardly any sesame seeds on the chicken, I very much agree with the comment on August 31, 2010. A call to the restaurant to let them know, they did not help, their excuse "we are very busy today, the sesame chicken with a "pepper symbol" is supposed to be regular". Give me a break! You are not getting a second chance from us, not even an apology, and the person on the phone was supposed to be the manager or owner!

This place is really good, all the different things we have ordered have always been good, no complains about any specific item. And we love that they offer brown rice. I just wish they had brown fried rice. We have never been to the restaurant we only order delivery and they are very careful in how the pack everything and include all the extras, sauces etc. The only negative thing is delivery takes almost an hour. We know already so we plan accordingly, but if you want something quick, this is not the place. We have a quick place very close to us that used to be really but now its worth the wait for this one.

Excellent. Voted 25th best Chinese in US, and rightly so. Had Chicken corn soup and Mongolian beef. Both were just right. Big no msg/trans fats notice on menu, always importent in a Chinese restaurant, price is inexpensive, service is helpful and fast. Soup was infront of me in under 4 minutes and the beef and rice less then 5 minutes after the soup was cleared. Resturant was busy with sit in clients, take away clients and deliveries all throughout my stay, another good sign. This is not a cheap Chinese junk food restaurant like so many others in the US. This is the real deal.
