Update...moved to 3 stars bc i stopped in last night and asked the lady who normally works in the seafood department if they had more salad and she replied " the produce guy is right over there" and she was in the back by where they cut the produce. Then I went to the meat counter and asked for a pork rib roast and the guy tells me it will be 10 minutes. I thought about it for a second and told him not to worry about. He looked at me and said sorry. I thought to myself no you are not if you were you would get me a roast. So then I grabbed a picnic roast and when I get home the fat cap had a A on it that was very difficult to cut off. Been going to this publix for years and it is one of my favorites. The deli and meat section are my favorite. The seafood is good just make sure to give it the smell test before you leave because I dont know how much seafood they sell. The last 2 items I bought they returned no problem so it is all good.

Im 40 years old Ive been going to Publix for years this particular Publix in Casselberry at the register the cashier was not courteous at all failed to say hi and how are you and then as I lay in wait for someone to put my groceries in my cart I looked around and I asked the cashier is someone going to put my groceries in my cart this is Publix. the one service that sets it aside from all the rest of the grocery stores is that you never have to put the groceries in your own cart. there is always somebody there to put groceries in if not the cashier would do it for you. As I look up my cashier with a funny looking face she lost eye contact with me as if to tell me to move on then as I went to go talk to the manager at the customer service desk I quickly changed my mind and decided it would be more effective for me to post a review on Google....still shocked

Found the customer service to be severely lacking. Cashier didnt greet us as we were putting our items on the belt and carried on her conversation with the woman who was bagging. After a minute of standing there she started ringing our items through (still no greeting). Seemed exasperated that we were even in her line. Then we werent aware there was a limit on sale items (something we never have encountered at multiple other locations and this was only our second visit to this store). The cashier was rather annoyed that she had to explain this to us and was generally unpleasant to deal with (this was also the first time she spoke to us). We wont be going back to this location.

Was visiting my grandmother with my three children. Cashier asked for my ID to purchase a bottle of wine, which I didnt have on me. So my grandmother had to do a separate transaction. I told her I was sorry and I would pay her back (shes in a fixed income and I was treating us to dinner) and Richard from Customer Care literally snatched the bottle from her and said "I cant sell it to her Now" and stormed off with a huge attitude. Never have I experienced such rudeness at a Publix. He didnt bother to explain or be kind he just caused a scene and had serious attitude. We will not be back to this location.

Horrible. At lunch time I frequently go to the deli, which by now is an obvious mistake. Its always understaffed and the deli managers never seem to care. Online orders seem to be more important than customers in person! Wow. I waited for 10 minutes with no customers in front of me while deli staff prepared the almighty online orders. Probably the worst lunch experience I have during the week. I dont know why i subject myself to hunger torture by visiting this particular Publix. HORRIBLE experience.

It isnt the best Publix Ive been in, but it isnt the worst either. Id say that half the staff are great employees and willing to go the extra mile to be sure your experience is excellent. The other half are either not kid friendly or just not friendly at all. The layout got revamped earlier this year (2014), so Im still learning my way around it. The pharmacy is great. Never had a problem with them. Good crew in there. All in all, I will keep coming to this one for my occasional needs.

This review is based on my experiences in this particular location. This appears to be the most understaffed Publix I have ever visited; compared to other locations it looks dark dingy and dirty not to mention that the cashier by the name of Donna didnt even have the courtesy to greet me but she sure took the time to greet the customer behind me. I have lived in this area for 20 years and this location is the one I avoid the most I only go there when I have no other choice.

Its clean and the people are friendly. The service at the deli is horrible though. The deli manager was making my sub and he was so busy checking out the cute blonde behind me that he totally screwed up my sandwich. When I order subs I order 4 at a time for my family. I would expect a little better service than that. Plus they are way to expensive!

Publix has always been a good place, one of the best to shop at if I do say. Their meat is fresh and good tasting, their vegetables are good quality yet a little pricey. They have really good sales and this location is very friendly to couponers. The staff are all friendly and anytime we have had an issue they have assisted without question.

I was not pleased with their pharmacy service. I was told it would take 20 mins to fill my prescription and so l Returned to the store after an hour only to be told it would not be ready until after 12:30. I will return to using walgreens. I will never use publix as my pharmacy again.

Likely the worst publix in the area. The deli has consistently poor service. Under staffed and overworked. The layout of this store is also poor compared to other publix locations. I now avoid this store and drive further to the Lake Mary Publix instead.

I was only here for a visit but I happened to stop in to get a few things. HANDS DOWN THE BEST PUBLIX Ive ever been into. Management was super helpful! If I didnt live an hour away I would totally come back all the time!!!

This Publix is set up like the old publixs were in early 2000. Everyone is very nice in the store and the by one get one free sales they have are unbeatable

Excellent service, but the deli counter is so extremely slow. Even when I order online its still not ready for 15-20 mins after indicated pickup time.

This Publix is my favorite out of all of them. Publix has great stores all over but this one is my favorite one. Everyone is super nice and helpful.

This location is on par with every other Public in the area. The inside is kept tidy and clean, and the customer service is top notch.
