Publix always has a great overall store but the deli here (and others in this part of town) stink after 7PM or so. I placed a two sub online order, gave them a half an hour to make it and then was a half hour late getting there ( so they had an hour to make TWO subs) but when I arrived nothing. I waited ten minutes while the one guy working the deli subs, took an excruciating long time making an attractive womans order, taking as long as possible so he could chat her up on every topic he could think of. I finally was about to ask what was up when another employee calls him out right in front of me for ignoring the ticket printer. My hour old order hadnt even been looked at yet! I told him not to bother and that he stank as an employee, an opinion I shared with the manager as well. Geez Publix, get some adult supervision in the deli at night will ya?

I love Publix. Their deli, their customer service, the whole 9 yards. However, this is the first publix I have ever experienced where their customer service is pretty poor. Twice now Ive gone in and had trouble finding some random items (like lighter fluid for a grill). Both times I asked an associate (one was a manger/supervisor, and one was a customer service associate). Both times I was given what seemed like an eye roll and an annoyed tone of voice when telling me where the items were. Ive never dealt with rude employees at Publix until going to this store. Not usually one to write reviews. But felt I had to for this store.

Id heard about Publix from a babysitter that had moved from FL up to my area, New England. They greeted us on the way in and offered to help carry the groceries out, even though we were three healthy guys. Having had injuries that arent externally obvious, I really appreciated it. We found everything we were looking for, including a particular wine and plastic "glasses" for it. The prepared food we had ordered was good, carefully packed for transport, and enjoyed by the group we brought it to.

BOGOs are a Ripoff! Check other store prices 1st. Example: Just paid $2.83 for 2 - 8 oz boxes of Cheerios (BOGO + a $1 off digital coupon). $2.83 is the Walmart price for an 18 oz box. I wouldnt have bothered to go if Id known that the 8 oz size was on sale. Lesson learned.

This Publix is super nice. The shopping plaza is easy to get into and out of. There are no cat returns in the parking lot but they always have someone out there taking them. The store is very nice and the employees at the deli are very friendly.

Great place to work and shop for food! This is the cleanest Publix around and the staff here will treat you like kings and queens. Located in a great plaza with many shops, one of which is Publix Liquor.
