My Dad and his family are from Colombia, and I grew up eating Colombian food. This place is very legit...and dare I say the arepas are way better than my grandmas (shhhhh!) The family is very nice and understands English. There is indoor and outdoor seating. I have been there for both breakfast and lunch, and will continue to come here. For breakfast I had the pericos eggs, which are scrambled eggs with tiny pieces of tomatoes, onion, peppers and cheese maybe. Whatever it is, its awesome. It also comes with a pressed arepa, which looks huge but its just much thinner then Argentinian or Peruvian arepas. Then theres the cheese. *insert video here of the clouds parting, sun shining through, and angels singing* The cheese on this arepa is the same cheese used in the Pan de Bono (a cheese bread that you must try if youve never had it). Its perfectly salty and balances so well with the warm, toasted arepa. The. Best. Ive. Ever. Had. I could eat this every day. It also came with a slice of bread and coffee. For lunch I had dedos de queso, which are baked cheese sticks (so good!) and beef empanadas. And no, this wasnt on the same day. That you know of. ;-) If youre not hungry by now after having read all of this, you must have JUST eaten a massive Thanksgiving dinner. :) Please go check this place out! Youll love it! I absolutely love la terraza. I go every Sunday for breakfast and the owners treat me and my family very well. They are cordial and friendly. The food is amazing, the place is clean. I highly recommend La terraza to anyone who is looking for a good taste of Colombia and home-made meals.

Great customer service, food is great homemade style. They have variety of dishes (Colombian, Peruvian, PR ) The place is nicely decorated and lots of parking space. Food prices are good comparing with general Colombian restaurants.

Great little spot with wifi and good real Hispanic food. Nice baked goods. Takes a while for cooked meals so dont expect to carry away. Best for a peaceful meal with friends and family.
