Five stars for Karen! Everything else mentioned is mostly true however I think the shift manager Karen is working very hard to make a difference. Everytime I visit she has a smile and is working her tail off to get orders out. Unfortunately, some of her fellow employees do not have the professional drive that she has and that is what causes issues. My experience has been positive and while the buildings condition has nothing to do with quality of food, remember, this is a fast food restaurant not the Fontainebleau ! Kudos to Karen for trying to make a difference.

Quite a depressing atmosphere with the woman that is presumed to be some form of management going on some tirade about stuff not being done, screaming, using the lords name in vain on a dozen occasions, throwing a headset, storming out to hide in the bathroom etc. Hard to believe that this woman is the poster child for the $15 an hour movement, seeing that its a lack of professional ethics, not the pay grade. Also because Ive seen others get fired for much less, making way less than $15.
