Great burgers custom made to your liking. Decent beer selection. Fries are good here too. Update: I love the burgers here, that may have to do a lot with the fact that I can have it made with the toppings I like. That being said, the meat and bun is very good. However they loose a star right off the bat because they now ask for a tip when you are ordering/paying at the counter... yes at the counter, meaning this is counter service. Me and my wifes bill is typically 40 bucks for 2 burgers 2 beers and 1 small fry. If you are not profiting enough from that to pay your employees well then you are doing something wrong. I have tipped here every time as far as I can remember, not 20 pct like I usually do because, again, its counter service, but nothing I hate worse than asking for a tip before Ive even had my food. Not that I have to tip at all but you make me look/feel like a jerk if I dont, thanks for that... This is a new practice in the face of several new good burger joints that have popped up in the area. You just lost a long time customer. Super lame Burger Monger.

Way over priced, average burger. Will not ever go back. $13 for just a burger, no service, you have to order it at the counter. To top things off they prompt you for a tip when paying at the counter. Dont waste your money. Go to any steak house in the area at lunch time and get full service and a full meal drink included for less. Dont fall for their special beef, its bull. (Pun intended).

First off, these burgers are expensive. I paid more than $10 for the most mediocre burger experience of my life. The fries were uncrunchy and had no flavor. The burger itself looked like a hot mess, literally. The toppings they placed ended up on my plate, along it literally a whole plate of gross burger oil. Would not recommend it ever. Go eat at Oakleys Grille, now that is a burger joint.

Never again will I go against the Gods of Five Guys. Ventured out of our norm to try the commonly raved about Burger Monger and was thoroughly disappointed. Quite literally the driest burger we have ever had. For the price we paid (its definitely not cheap) I would have hoped for more! Back to Five Guys we go.

Been here a few times now, and it seems to be getting more and more greasy for some reason. The burgers and fries are good, just too greasy. Its also very expensive for a burger joint. Make sure you check it out on Monday when the burgers are on special. Also, the large fry is shareable for a table!

Ive been here several times over three years and just have had a most fantastic time. The staff are very friendly, management really cares for customers, and the food is amazing. Great place to get a burger that you can customize with your choice of toppings!

Had only one burger that i could eat. The quality of the burger was great and they told me that they where going to fire up the clean grill because i ordered a veggie burger. I think there milkshakes at $5 is over priced but still good.

Terrible. Took 4 bites and put the burger down. So much grease! Bun was soaked with grease when it got to the table. High prices for what you get. Didnt know I ordered grease with a side of burger. Wont be back.

Ordered a burger, hot dog and a drink and paid $15.00, I had to go outside to make sure I wasnt at Outback, could have gotten a steak dinner for that. Dont get me wrong the food was good, but a bit overpriced.

Burger Monger uses Haagen-Dazs ice cream for their shakes and it is the absolutely best money can buy as far as shakes go. There are burgers are great try if you can to eat the to eight ouncer

Absolutely disgusting , I sent my boyfriend to get good to go , when we bit into our burgers halfway thru it was pink to the point it was almost raw even when we said well done. Waste of money

Chicken monger caesar salad was fabulous. chicken is cooked to perfection, antibiotic free, romaine lettuce crisp and tasty. salad dressing some of the best Ive had. Good job!

If it was $1-$2 cheaper I would rate it 5 stars. Fries were made in a hurry, crispy on the outside but mushy on the inside. Lots of big tvs with multiple different channels.
