Waited over 10 mins for chicken wings had them put the sauce on the side so they would stay crispy and asked them to make sure they where extra extra chispy get home not crispy and greasy hardy any fries ask for medium was sauce hot call up and told me that they would only replace the chicken wing i told her if i just wanted fries i would have just ordered that i wanted my whole order replaced. This is bs we drive there to get are food we have to drive back to get it replaced and your pissed and rude and dumb on top of it not to mention i wanted chicken wing that night not the next day it was 11pm at night and i didnt feel like drive back by the time i got my food it was 11.23 and by the time i got home its was. 11.45 and keep the nasty food and bring it back so if im over that way and i dont have the food i got to drive home out of my way to get the food man i got to do alot for your mistake wow how you pay for the gas i wasted and my time bs bs bs checkers Used to be great im from upstate ny been in this area for 28 years and loved it we dont have them up there but the last couple the foods sucks cold not cooked. Greasy old buns rude people i think its time to stop Going to checker oh well i wish i could post pictures

Wasnt too upset about the slow service. Was proper pissed about getting a few miles away before realizing the burger (which looked like it was slopped together by a blind kindergartener) was undercooked. My husband and I just wanted a quick, glutinous burger. We ended up with food poisoning. All night. In a one bathroom apartment. Also, peeking inside while waiting for our food, there were flies buzzing around the food prep area. Another thing, when we got home and dumped out my husbands half drank Mr Pibb, because it just didnt taste very good, there appeared to be chunks of black stuff in it that looked sort of like wet cigarette ash pouring from the bottom of the cup with the ice. Pretty sure God or the Universe -- or at least our guts -- are trying to tell us to never eat at this place again. Message received.

Wellll first off before I even got my food I wasnt even acknowledge at the order window. I sat there for about 10 minutes and was finally served by a very rude women with blonde hair in a bun I believe her name was tiffany . Then after I got my food which i will give them credit with speed but the downside was my burger was cold from the start and wasnt even good. I mean I did order a shake and it was border line adequte, but hears the thing that just made my blood boil. Please tell me how my friend who ordered a swirl cone was handed about 15 minutes to her while mine was done in about 2 minutes and again from that time span we were not acknowledged and I personally felt ignored. They were all very unpleasant and I will never comeback to this checkers.

Very upset, before wasting my time to drive here I looked up the time it closes and it says 3am I drive there got there at 2:50am and then the drive threw person says please come back in our normal business hours from 10am -3am and I was so pissed that the workers can even stay open till the time they are suppose to, I drove up to the window with the worker just dancing listening to music . Im never coming Back here again

Horrible . Cold food. Drove home and noticed that the three large fries we ordered wasnt even in the bag. It wasnt even that busy.. Happened at 12:30 a.m. 6/1/2017. I will be contacting corporate and letting them know the exact location and shift that keeps on messing my order up and shorting me of my food

The manager Denise is rude. I order a buffalo chicken sandwich and asked that no ranch was put on the sandwich I get back to riverview and there is ranch on the sandwich. I called and she didnt try to resolve she wanted me to drive back to brandon and return the sandwich before they could do anything smh

I cant stand this checkers location. Staff is rude and sloppy. They constantly forget items on my orders. I asked for 2 ice cream cups and they handed me cones. I nicely told them I asked for cups and the cashier dumped the cones upside down in a cup and shoved them back at me. Absolutely horrible place

Good fast burgers. Not as good as they used to be (years ago), but still good. I really miss the half pound double champ with cheese. Bigger than the big Buford. Still my favorite fries.

Better than your typical McDonalds. This place does not have the greatest service, but the food is better thaqn the average fast foo restaurant due to the seasoning and quality product.
