I went in today july 10... it was a very pleasant experience!! The car was busy and dining area also. There were all guys working at this time which was kind of cool... i saw 6 workers and was greeted by 4... welcome to Dairy Queen, hello we will be right with you, hello yall, we will be right with you.. that was awesome! I saw that they as a crew worked well together. But they had a great manager Greg. He really made our experience!!!! He had a smile on his face at all times he was busy taking orders on counter and helping his crew crush through the hard core rush they had... he even swapped to window to help the young man on it and continued to take counter orders. I noiced he said by to every customer walking out and thank you.. im in the industry so i really appreciate it! He was so friendly and had great energy which is important! You can tell that he loves people and his job! Thanks Greg for the great experience you and the crew! I hope you get some recognition.. I will definitely be back and saw bring you guys something nice so you know that youre appreciated and this 20 min experience was a great one! Thanks guys!

I am in my late forties so I have been going to Dairy Queen for a very long time. This Dairy Queen was large in size, but the service is awful. The only thing I ever get at Dairy Queen, for all these decades, is a vanilla cone double dipped in chocolate. They told me they could not double dip a cone , I have gotten a double dipped chocolate cone from Dairy Queen in many many states, no Dairy Queen has ever refused my double-dip request. When I got my single dipped cone it was not in the shape of a typical Dairy Queen cone , and the chocolate dip was barely brown in color, and did not even cover all of the ice cream. I threw it in the trash and on my way home I found another Dairy Queen where they happily double dipped my cone and it was delicious. Also my daughter got a smoothie and she said it tasted like water. There drive-thru at this Dairy Queen is very busy and they tend to ignore the customers who Park and come in for service

If you are looking for a good milk shake go somewhere else. It had been a long day and my wife and I were tired and hot and wanted something cold and refreshing to drink. I bought 2 chocolate milkshakes here and both had the syrup un-mixed in the bottom of the cup, and when you sip from the straw all you will get for the first few sips is a mouthful of warm syrup. But dont worry the shakes are so thin it takes only a couple of stirs with the straw to mix the syrup in. Oh, did I mention how thin the shakes are?... thats because they are served at room temp. So if you like your milkshake warm, un-mixed, and watery and leave you wishing you had spent your money someplace else here is the place to go. I would have returned the shakes but by the time I had tried one I was already a few blocks away and it having been a long day I was too tired and hot to want to turn around and go back and have to argue with someone.

Standing in the lobby on Mothers Day, right before closing time. Drive thru wrapped around the building and we go inside to order since there are way fewer people inside. This girl takes my order, disappears, takes another order, makes a blizzard, and goes back to taking an order. We watch another guy walk in, order two after us, get his stuff and leave. Still nothing in hand, my husband asks whats going on. The girl who took our order loudly answers back, "SHE MAKE HER ORDERS I MAKE MINE" and continued to stand at the register. Not only was my husband completely disrespected, but the girl all but encouraged another customer to start a screaming match in the lobby!!! This was the most unprofessional, sloppy, rude customer service experience Ive ever had and hopefully ever will! I will never be a patron at this location ever again and encourage anyone else to stay away as well!

Newly redesigned (because live roaches were found inside the ice cream mixing unit) still crappy. This Dairy Queen location is terrible. Run by snotty teenagers who could not care less about their job, service here is very bad. Personally, I ordered a Blizzard but received plain vanilla ice cream. I didnt notice until I got home, so I called the location, but no one answered. I emailed corporate about it, and after days they replied "were sorry for the inconvenience. We hope to better serve you in the future." Had this been the only issue at this location, I wouldnt be so upset, but Ive been three times and have had issues every time. When asking employees to correct issues (such as missing items) they are very rude.

My experience today , was absurd , the employee that served my sister and I today was very rude , not only was the service rude but the 5 dollar box of the 3pc chicken and fries , barely had food , I had at least 8 fries and 3 itty bitty chicken , and every other time I attend Dairy Queen , I have more than enough food in that 5 dollar box , i even have left overs , but overall , 1 star today , very unhappy and very unsatistfied . Well.. I went last week to get some food because I was hungry. Service took foreverrrr in drive thru. Just went earlier today at 4 to give them another shot because I was in the mood for some ice cream and I live down the street..nope. Never going back again. The ice cream was absolutely fine but I got there at 4:00 in the drive thru line and left at 4:20. Line needs to move faster but im not too worried about it anymore cus ill never be going back at that location again.

This was the worst shack I have ever came to. If they won any kind of award it would be for the worst place to ever exist. The employees not only messed up our order and charged us for extra items but forgot about our order and had us waiting for 45 minutes. WITH NO SORRY OR DISCOUNT NOTHING BUT ATTITUDE !!!!IF I COULD RATW ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!!!! The employees also touched the straws, spoons, and CONES with their grimy paws. Run dont go here

Went tonight to get a chocolate dipped cone. I noticed at the drive thru window that the chocolate dip had a crack the length of the cone. I asked that it be dipped again to cover the crack, I was told the manager said I would have to pay for the second dipping. I told the window employee to thank his manager for the great customer service. Too bad this location does not pay attention to customer service.

On a very non busy day I waited my whole lunch break without getting served.. After I was getting ready to leave and asking for my money back... The gave me the cold food from the fryer baskets and insisted that they didnt realize we havent been served yet.. Even though thats bad.... They still couldnt manage to give me the correct food.. If I didnt have to return to work I would have raised hell
