Just wanted a cheese quesadilla. Cause i dont eat chicken.... They first gave me chicken strips then i got out of the car and came up to the front window where i sat for 20 min to be acknowledged some one finally comes to the window talks to the 2 people in front of me and disappeared. Mean wile there are young 18-20 somethings spitting on each other. Causing one group to leave.the people spitting almost hit my car as they left 10 mins later he finally comes back to the window and i tell him i ordered a quesadilla. And before i can finish my sentence he says i can keep the strips and he will fix it. So 15 mins later i get a cold chicken quesadilla. I get sick if i eat chicken so i take it back and the guy got pissed off when i said i wanted a cheese quesadilla. Just cheese and sause on a tortilla. To which he jerks the bag out of my hand and tossed it in the trash. Fast forward i have been waiting for 35 mins with the people in front of me who had been waiting for 2 chocolate shakes. Just shakes. When the girl in front of me gets impatient because no one is working on what we order. Shes mad for me so she opened the window and asked why no one had fix my order that was made an hr ago. The manager looking person rolled their eyes and bared the window. The little man on grill them started making my quesadilla. 5 min later i get my quesadilla. I bite into it and there is no sause. I spent an hour and 5 minutes of my life trying to get a cheese quesadilla with the sause. Didnt get it and had to eat soggy fries and onion rings because i couldnt stay awake any longer. Tl:dr; I spent an hr & 5 min to eat a dry quesadilla and soggy fries and onion rings and almost have my car hit by a moody teen w/ dads money.

Ordered a big double with bacon and Cajun seasoning with hush puppies and Cajun fries but didnt get bacon on my burger and was given slow instead of Cajun fries my gf ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla and I swear a quesadilla from taco bell has more cheese and chicken on it then what she got not to mention the shell want even toasted and me being from greenwood and always getting good service there trusted the people at cookout but we didnt find out all the screw ups till we were home already and to tired to go back out I will never return to the greenville cookout we will stick to the greenwood cookout!!!!

The late night employees apparently are hard of hearing and cant read an order. Havent gotten my order right yet. Burger came plain even though I asked for lettuce, tomato, Mayo and pickles (and it says it on my order ticket!) and my quesadilla just had cheese in it though I ordered a chicken quesadilla (which is also listed on my ticket). Guess it was too difficult for them. Ill try a different time of day to order something here.

First and last time eating here. The menu is ridiculous to read. Where are the sides to choose from? I got a double order of fries which is about 10 fries. And a steak burger which had no a1 sauce on it and it was about as small as the ones off mcdonalds $1 menu. The fries taste like they were fried in old oil, and the coke was something other than coke taste like a mixture of diet coke and root beer. All this service for $6.24

I typically come here often for milkshakes but this experience was very unfriendly. I spent a good amount of time trying to decide what I wanted to eat in the drivethru which had no one else in line. When I got to the pay window , I tried to apologize for taking so much time deciding but the blonde headed lady stopped me mid apology and said youre good and threw her hand up aggressively.

Just arrived at your restaurant 45 minutes before it closed, was completely ignored by staff for fifteen. Drove up and honked lightly to no avail. Terribly disappointed. I work in a restaurant and get done with work very late. Was simply looking for a quick, hearty bite to eat. Dont see why I should waste my time in the future.

Something is wrong with the people here. Cant not get an order right to save their lives. After notifying them that they seem to cant tell the difference between beef or chicken quesadias, they somehow managed to do it again.....THE NEXT DAY! I thought was going crazy but after checking the dash cam...Its verified what I said!

The food and price is Great for those of you who havent been heres the deal the $4.99 tray is served with 2 samplings or you can make both side orders the same. The Onion rings are great normally today they were more hot than sweet, the girl that took my order was not giving anyone napkins otherwise a good experience today.

Went there about 1230 on The Sunday of July 26th. Got in line and no one would serve me. The guy in the store just watched me from the window, eating fries, waiting for me to leave, which I did after waiting for 4-5 minutes. Seriously, this is the quality of employees you guys are hiring?

Quick and inexpensive, and available almost as many hours of the day as Waffle House. You dont expect gourmet cuisine, but something that tastes good and doesnt break the bank. Do try their custom milkshakes though. That is something that they are pretty good at and known for.

I ordered a burger, while wearing my TRUMP support hat. I expected the same trouble that other TRUMP supporters have received in Virginia, but the server (Jakyia) was very nice to me. She doesnt seem to allow personal politics play into her service duties. BRAVO.

Great deal on the combo tray. Plenty of food for around $5, but dont expect it to be remotely healthy or gourmet. This is a great place to pile up the greasy food and chow down. Amazing milkshakes, especially banana pudding.

this place is damn near horrible - on my last visit, I ordered a coke float now Im spitting out phlegm. They finally got my chicken quesadilla right, this time but it took 25 mins to get the food, smdh.

For a burger/fries/onion rings place, the Cook Out is the best, especially for $5, including drink. Everything is fresh and hot. Just wish this location had indoor dining.
