I have visited this location several times. They can never get an order correct. What is it with all these fast food places. Cant they hire anyone competent anymore? These people make you feel like their doing you a favor by waiting on you. Cant take an order correctly, cant manage to prepare the food correctly, Practically throws it in your car. No smile, No thank you, No please come again we appreciate your business, No kiss my butt. You pay for everything, but 99.9% of the time you dont even receive all your items. Today I ordered a couple of meals. Chicken + cheese, cut in half, onion rings and cokes. Paid for all that, even paid Xtra for the cheese. Needless to say, No cheese, wiltted lettuce, no mayo. One of the sandwiches had a bite taken out of the chicken, no kidding? They left their teeth marks. Onion Rings tasted like cold dirt. Without straws, I sucked my drink through the little hole in the top. Anyway, I should have just flushed the $15.38 down the toilet, that would have saved me less aggravation and I could have done that from my own home. Does anyone take pride in their work? Does BURGER KING even care?

If you have a hankering for BK, go to a location other than this one. I guarantee you will be able to drive to another location, order your food, receive it, and eat it before leaving the drive thru of this location. This evening, my order ticket states I placed my order at 6:08pm, and closed the check at 6:27pm. Keep in mind, thats just when I paid. I then waited at least another 5 or so minutes to get up to the pick up window. Once there, I got to sit for a few minutes watching my bag of food sit while three people working there stood in the drive thru window area, talking to the manager, who was looking right at us but didnt bother to, hmmm...I dont know, mention to one of the workers to get the food out. So yeah, cold food...yum. We had a similar experience the last time we ordered here about a month ago. I originally chalked it up to being a fluke or maybe a customer giving them issues; now Im not so sure. My daughters sandwich did come with a small wedge salad on the burger, though, so that was nice. Too bad it made a dent in the burger and the bun.

My experience on this restaurant was the most terrible of my life. Today March 29, 2015 was intended to enjoy an ice cream with my wife and my children, but due to terrible job of this restaurant that was not possible. I do not understand how at 7.30pm all the restaurant workers are on break time. On top of this, the way the lady told me that information was really rough. And also, I think, that same lady is the manager. Now I understand why most of the reviews of this restaurant are negative. It is very hard when a person is unemployed, but honestly people like this should not work in places where they are serving the public directly.

Wtf people you have an issue with fast food, than keep your behinds in the house and cook up a meal. You guys expect fine dining at Burger King. Get a grip. I had Ashley take care of my order a few hours ago and her customer service was amazing. She was running around making sure her customers payments were taken in a timely fashion. Yes the lines were long, but I bet your orders were fresh. As for myself, I am completely satisfied. Thank you Ashley and the rest of the crew.

This was by far the worst experience i ever had at burger king my entire life. Go through the drive thru order breakfast @ 10:22 when i finished telling her my order a girl comes out that works their and spins the sign to lunch and they read me my number 5 as lunch and refused to sell me breakfast even though it was before 10:30..... WORST BURGER KING IN BRANDON FL. P.s. she also had a nasty attitude , no wonder their sign says "now hiring experienced managers

Lovely place, and great burgers. Looks like they remodeled the place. Wall color are warm and welcoming with flat screens, and updated furnitures are more and comfy. Workers are super friendly and go out of their way to accommodate you with out no hasitations. Example, they ran out of condoments, so the cashier gave me a clear small cup to put it. Nice place to sit and eat. Relaxing, and quite enought to have a conversation with friends and family.

Sat at the drive through forever waiting on someone to help me. They never responded so I had to go inside. When I spoke to the cashier and asked about the manager she said sorry and shrugged her shoulders. Inside was dirty. Drink machines were a mess. Floor was ever worse. My feet stuck to the floor. Im throwing away this crumpled bag of crappy cold burgers they handed me. This burger kind needs undercover boss or something they suck big time

Very poor, young lady at the register had an attitude. Then waited for our food for ten minutes, observed other people getting their food that had came in after us. I saw our sandwiches sitting in the expedite tray, finally asked about our order and we got it. Onion rings were cold and there was barely any mayonnaise on our chicken sandwiches. We will not be stopping here again any time soon even though we live right here.

5-14-17 I went through the drive way this morning and ordered two egg and cheese croissants, they were cold, the guy Danny filled my bag with three ketchups, two syrups, knife & fork, what a waste, i didnt ask for any of this stuff. He acted like he had and attitude and didnt care, and these kids want $15 / hour, no way. 5-15-17 Sorry, but again, my egg and cheese croissant was cold, the cheese wasnt even melted.

Ashley, I believe she is a the general manager a blond. Is not very customer service oriented. Her professionalism is non-existent. The way she was speaking to her employees when I was ordering was very out of line. They had no $1.00 to give anyone when I went to get my food. Thats a general managers job and apparently she cant do it well. I will not be returning to this location.

When I asked for a whopper only cheese they gave me a plain hamburger no cheese just meat. The fries were stale and cold. On the plain vabilla shake I asked for no whipped cream they out whipped cream I asked them to nicley remake it please because i was unable to eat whipped cream and they scrapped it off and gave it back to me when they reblended it and made it all watery

Service is horribly slow here. Just wanted nuggets and waited almost 20 minutes. If there was one closer, I think we could have driven there and still received our food faster. In addition, we received our food after many people who ordered after us despite ordering the same thing as one of them. We wont be going back here.
