After being away from home, my 4 year old wanted dairy queen. So we go and place our order. My wife orders kids tenders and ask to switch sundae for dilly bar. After cashier Simoen cant understand why the order ring up over $1000 she ask for help. Another associate says the same thing happens when they try to make a fry to kids size. When they cant fix it .Manager Nick comes to the counter and states" We cant do that." My wife replies it was allowed two days ago. His response" Were under new management. " We place our order and I asked the cashier to add a dilly bar to the order . My son wanted it, I was getting the sundae. The associates held our cold items in the freezer so we could eat. The cashier that helped Simoen came over and apologized for not being able to make the switch. Minute later Nick walks by ask if we are ok. My son wanted his dilly bar. I went to counter and picked up the dilly bar and the sundae. I walked back to our table and heard Nick asked his staff if they gave me a dilly bar. I walked around to the counter and said " I paid for a dilly bar." He was checking the order screen and said "I know I was just checking." Dairy Queen I understand profit numbers. But if a manager is questioning the integraty of thier associates , more importantly your customers integraty. Then you have a bigger issue then profit.

This DQ has never given us any major issues. They mustve been saving up all the mistakes for tonight: 1. No peanuts. Ick. I asked for no peanuts on my Royal Rocky Road blizzard. It even said so on the receipt. They loaded my blizzard with peanuts. 2. When I went inside, the cashiers took about three minutes to discuss my blizzard with no peanuts order (which was on the receipt I presented). 3. Three cashiers stood and watched the blizzard maker make blizzards. 4. The drive thru lady came around the corner with an item, probably a brownie a la mode thing, and said it was a mistake. "What is this?" A cashier asked. "Its a mistake, the customer doesnt want it," drive-thru reiterated. "Oh." The cashier then proceeded to fiddle with the mistake-item and, after wrestling with it and having another cashier open it, proceeded to eat it, knowing full well I was watching her. (Where I come from, thats stealing, among other things.) 5. Then some girl came out to me with my replaced blizzard upside down, and walked away. Wow, Dairy Queen.

Fast and friendly service! Clean inside. its DQ menu so you know what you want when you go here. I had a Flamethrower Grillburger, was tasty.. also a Camp Smores Blizzard. I think it sat a minute before it was brought to me though because the girl was so fast in turning it upside down and back again.. usually they turn it upside down and give it little shake.. Well, this one was melting a little already. It was still good though! I did get to talk to the manager about possible new burger recipes and he suggested to me to write it down and bring it to the front staff since this was a franchise.. So when you go here, ask for a Boyette Poutine Burger.. double cheeseburger with pepperjack cheese, gravy and fries on top, nothing else... oh yeah! I think I started something... If they ask where you heard about it from, tell em Darklyter suggested it..

I have been going to this DQ for a while but today it turns out to be my last visit to this place. I went there to get the kids meal for my kids like I always do but today I wanted to change the plain Sunday for a smores blizzard and the manager was so disrespectful it was unbelievable that way he told me the smore blizzard wasnt free.. What in earth make you think am going to the restaurant and expect for anything to be free??? I mean as far as I know nothing is free. I felt very disrespected I dont know what make you assume that I thought it was free that does not even make sense it was very unprofessional on his behalf and I think it was rude to talk to your everyday customer that way.... Nick is very very rude and unprofessional as a manager I do not believe he knows what a manager position means

We eat here on a regular basis and usually we have a good experience. This time I ordered a cheeseburger without onion and got onion on it. My soda was flat (no carbonation) and the ice machine was broken. Our table was wobbly and so was the one behind us. It was that way the last time we visited. My blizzard was half mixed and we were overcharged for it. We didnt want to bring up the overcharge because the last time we were overcharged, our meal cost us $130.

For the most part good service. Usually nice staff depending on who you get. They bring your food out to you. I standed in line for 15 minutes last time I ordered ice cream. I asked 4 times and was told to wait for the girl to get back. 15 minutes later she walks up, completes two other peoples orders before mine. They had only been there 5 or so minutes and then she got to mine. But its not too bad of a place.

Went there this week. Unbelievable how the staff lack customer service skills. They ran us out basically telling us they are closed and they are leaving now, while two girls held the door open. Didnt say anything when we ordered "for here" about closing soon or about my kids needing to get their desserts now for their kids meals before they turned off the ice cream machines. Avoid this location.

For some reason the manager thought it was ok to send out cold soggy fries and chicken strips as well as cold lumpy dried out gravy as a chicken strip basket meal in the drive thru. To make matters worse, when we went inside to exchange for hot food, she seemed perfectly aware and told us thats there was nothing wrong and wouldnt exchange it.

Went in to buy and ice-cream cake for my mother-in-law’s birthday.. they treated me like royalty. They showed me the different cake types patiently, then after agreeing on one decorated it with love. The cherry was when they offered to walk me to my car in order to assist with my drinks and cake. Top notch establishment !

Went to three different locations and none took the app even though they said they did, wrote a complaint to the corporate office and my response I received was that all locations would soon be taking the app which was all a lie because I then later received a text saying that no locations would soon take the app!

Good location, food was fresh & staff was friendly. Apparently under new management & its very noticeable. Even though it was busy the staff was nice & quick about their tasks. Place was clean & there was always someone walking around cleaning and taking care of customers. Will definitely go back.

No cup holders and slow food to window time= 3 melted sundaes, two dead blizzards ($5 each BTW), and sweet tea and root beer to coalesce into a beautiful abstract puddle that dripped in slow motion from the seat to the floorboard. Cost me a quick shampoo. On the other hand, the fries were hot...
