Love Olive Gardens food (here comes the big but) BUT, there service is the beyond ridiculous. To make a long story short my party of 15 had gift cards to redeem our second waitres took it upon herself to pick up all the cards at the same time that look idientical and ends up miss placing one of the cards. She then claimed that a specific person never gave her a card. By now it close to 10pm when we arrived since 7pm this is how slow there service was also, the manager was USELESS to resolve our problem. Its not like we wanted to get a free meal when we had payed for our meal and had to pay AGAIN for her fault just so we could leave ASAP. If anything we had to put up with her intimidation and adittude of can you hurry up .So if you eat here prepare yourself to pay double for awful service and there incompetence.

Horrible service tonight! My party and I will not be going back again. From the beginning we all said we wanted separate checks. We repeated it several times. When it was time to pay they got all of the food on one check. The waitress did not even try to be nice about it. She was rude the whole time. Charged everyone the wrong items. She lost a gift card when she knew we gave her the card right in her hand and she misplaced it. The manager got involved and she did nothing to correct the problem. The waitress was in the background with a synical smile the whole time not taking anything seriously. We ended up paying extra for something that was not our mistake. Even a fast food place would have done something to make us feel like they cared about our presence. It does not even deserve a one star.

Very Disappointing Experience. A 15 minute waiting line at 2 pm - Even though tables were available. Five separate parties waited. A job that didnt require the two hostesses used to seat people. The staff is rude. Bread sticks lukewarm and dried out. Sent back and received more that were stale and lukewarm. Salad small and not made as requested. Buy one get one is Overpriced!! I was charged additional $4 per plate to add chicken. The chicken portion was approximately 2 oz each and Not Worth it!! This is the second time in a row Ive had a similar bad experience. I dont plan to return or recommend this establishment.

We enjoyed our experience. Our server was courteous, prompt and refilled our drinks regularly. The endless salad and breadsticks are very good. I had the smoked chicken carbonara which was good, but not exceptional. Everyone else in our party enjoyed their meals which included the Spaghetti with meatballs, Five cheese Ziti, and Alfredo. We all took advantage of the special by 1 take one home. The Zepoli dessert was very good with Chocolate and Rasberry sauce. For a good Italian dinner at a reasonable price, this is the place to go if youre in Bradenton near Cortez road and Highway 41.

This is an Olive Garden in the south and this particular one doesnt sell sweet tea? Like seriously? In the south? How retarded! No sweet tea in the south? Who drinks raspberry or non sweet tea in the south? The people at this Olive Garden or people who own it Myst seriously be smoking crack! That is the most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard of to have no sweet tea in a restaurant in the south! This is not a Yankee state, oh wait, maybe it is hence why they call the people here Florida Yankees! START SERVING SWEET TEA YOU IDIOTS! Thank you and have a nice day!

Third time going to this awful restaurant. First two times were just as bad and definitely was their last chance to impress me. Staff is beyond RUDE. Hostess are unfriendly, unwelcoming and unpleasant to be in the presence of. Waitstaff seems disgusted anytime you ask them for something which, might I add, is their job. Manager is obese can barely walk by the tables and has an even worse attitude. i would suggest Olive Garden take better care of their employees and maybe they wouldnt hate being at work or be a little less bitter.

Place was pretty busy when we came in and our food came out correctly. Thats pretty much the only good thing I can say. The sever was obviously some kind of demented. We were there for an anniversary date, and the server was blatently hitting on me, at first we thought it was kind of funny but he then made some comment about me eating with a coworker and slipped a card on the table for me even after i had corrected him saying i was on a date with my husband. It was kind of embarrassing and definitely akward. Will not be back.

I have to say that this olive garden has terrible costumer service they first brought the wrong salad and soup they bring all the food together and the table was full the guy that bring the food got mad when we told him that the table was full and we could not fit everything in the table then the manager came and said that for the inconvenience he was going to give us the dessert for free and then it was all a lie bottom line is that i wouldnt come to this olive garden and could not recommend this place to Anyone

We had lunch today on 2-28-16. Our waiter was Christina. Our check #73436. We had both ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and soup. She never asked if we wanted more soup, bread sticks or pop. My husband asked her if he could get another soup. She never asked me. We watched all the other waitresses around us be very friendly to their customers and various time asked if they needed more. We love going to Olive Garden, but this is the worst waitress we have ever had. She needs more customer service training!!!

Olive Gardens Chicken Gnocchi soup is my favorite comfort food (especially on a rainy day like today!) I have unfortunately ordered it a few times and it tastes like it was dumped from a can (not thisblocation, we are from another area), everything mushy and unfresh... not at this Olive Garden! This soup was filled with nice thick Gnocchi and crunchy spinach... it was the best bowl Ive ever had! I wish I lived closer to this particular location. Our waitress, Ashley, was super sweet and attentive also.

Always loved Olive Garden! Tonight I thought Id try something different so I ordered take out. My soup was delicious and got. But I ordered spaghetti and Sausage. My noodles were Ive cold and the marinara sauce, Im still looking for it. Maybe a tablespoon was on the noodles. I would have brought it back but decided to add my own cause its raining outside. Take out is definitely not the way to go. :(

Always good when we come here. The best waiter would have to be "Jimmy". He never writes anything down and always gets the order and our names right, amazing memory! He pushes to get our food out first, the others usually forgets something, but he never does, just put him to the test! He even got down on one knee and sang happy birthday! Thx Jimmy, from Alex, Erica, Ben, Yolanda and Josie (her 71st bday) ;)
