This is my first visit to a firehouse subs while out on vacation. This location had some weird placements as opposed to other franchises. What bothered me the most was the picture of the Indian and fire department. Second the Hollywood rope line, which blocks the opening to sitting down at a table. Food is still great, no complaints there.

whoa , really non well laid out in design theres no pickup spot for call in windows - the chips were in the middle of the line and not prepicked when you call it in. theres only 1 of the customize your soda coke machines which makes for long lines with indecisive individuals and the subs are short and just yuck looking with salty sauces

Usually a great place for their subs.When we travel,we look for this franchise. How ever,this one ...Not so much. I ordered Club on a Sub and all the meat was in one place on the roll. Staff did not use standard greeting "welcome to Firehouse Subs" and we had to wait to order...Not crowded.Not enough help???

Worst firehouse subs I have ever been to!! Ordered a pork & slaw sandwich, waited 15 mins and finally got my food went to the car and there was only slaw on it!! Went back in and waited another 5 mins for them to make a new one. All they said was "its just one of those days" no refund or no coupon!!

The staff had no personality behind their gestures. It seemed forced. I really had weird experience with them today, it reminded me how squidward had to be (fake) nice when the krusty krab got rebranded. The food is amazing but popeys is the only company that can berate me for, amazing product.

We visited for the first time last week. I was shocked the prices were a little higher, but the food was why. It was AMAZING! Way better than subway...Super fresh. I couldnt believe the difference between the two. Subway says eat fresh but Firehouse subs is freshness itself.

The subs here are really good! My favorite is the Italian. The employees are very friendly and always talk to my kids and give them the firemen hats they love. Getting your food is quick and you dont have to get chips I get the brownie with my sub and the brownies are yummy.

Would have gave five stars but subs werent made right. Gave them 4 because Asst Manager was super helpful next day and made it right at store where I live 80 miles away. Very satisfied with fix.

Best subs Ive ever had, soft and tasty. Plus they have a sweet digital coke machine with too many flavors to mention! If you cant stand satisfaction, go to Subway....

They never have anything filled, they are ALWAYS out of Chili and no one will EVER answer the damn phone!!!
