The restaurant was clean but the staff was unaware and lacked any kind of customer service, the food was not warm when we got it and I got sick that night from what I believe was the chicken (boneless tenders) and the server FORGOT to put in our order...Yeah, and we had a 2 year old with us...the food was out 1.25 hr after we arrived and they brought it to the table and there was NO macaroni and cheese for my Grand daughter...when I asked about it, the waiter came over and said "Ummm yeah, we are out of that"...REALLLLY???? my grand daughter now at hour 1.25 had no food...so i asked to speak to the manager...well, he isnt any better...he asked what he could do for me...I thought really dude??? isnt it your job to know what is going on with your restaurant??? so he gave me a measly 6.00 off our 39.00 bill and then asked if my daughter wanted a refill on her strawberry lemonade...we, thinking it was a customer service accepted only to find out that he had again charged us for THAT drink...he really blew it ...never again will I go there!!! He, the manager was smug and condescending...not customer service oriented at all.

Way overpriced food and drinks, the staff and management here needs some real help, the bartender was way out of her league with only half the bar and restaurant full; couldnt imagine how they could handle a full bar. Kitchen staff is a joke, an hour to get hot wings, barely a tablespoon worth of pulled pork on their $12.00 burger. $7+ for a domestic beer. Bartender left dirty dishes/glasses in front of all the bar patrons, never came by to check to see if everything was ok until I was nearly finished with my food, or to take another drink order. Manager kept apologizing for the food taking forever, claimed it would be right out, 30minutes later still no food, and didnt even bother to comp a drink or the food. Clearly this place is more concerned about making as much money as possible and paying their kitchen staff next to nothing, hiring any idiot that will flip a burger, and they could care less about the customers. St. Pete locations are much better, will never go back to this place. Sarasota locations are not much better and they water down their alcohol.

Went in and placrd an order for rake out. We were told that our order would be ready in 25 min after placing the order. It took over 45 min to actually receive our food. The salad was extremely small and filled less than half of the to go bowl. The sandwich was cold and all over the box not even on either of the buns. For the money we spent on the food here I feel ripped off and robed. I could get a larger serving and better food from McDonalds. While waiting for the food for so long we also witnessed someone sweeping the floor and they swept a lemon peel into a place that was fairly high in traffic with employees and customers. We watched a group of people come in and one girl slipped on the lemon peel and fell and almost cracked her head on a table. Terrible bdubs and we will never return to this location. This place gives bdubs a terrible name. Would rate no stars if it was an option.

Stood at wait to be seated sign for about 5 min. Then a girl yells from the bar to go sit anywhere. Waited another 5 min for someone to come to my table. No smile, good afternoon, how are you today. I gave an order of boneless wings and buffalo chips. Took about 25 min. for food. Food was not good. Chicken had way to much breading, tasted like they used the same old oil to cook everything in. Soggy buffalo chips with way too much of some type of old bay seasoning. Server was horrible, I had to get another servers attention to refill my tea. She never came and asked how everything was until I was done eating. Never saw any type of manager. Simple lunch for one took almost an hour. Worst Bdub food I have ever had. Server needs a new profession. Worst part was it was $20 for small boneless wings, chips, and drink.

No one at the hostess stand. 10 mintues. Then seated on the patio, another 10 mintues not one server said anything to us. The hostess too it upon herself to put out starter and drink order in. Then I went and picked the beers up from the bar after they sat there for 10 mintues. Again the hostess came by and threw out food order in. Not a manger in sight this whole time. Also watched a hand full of customers just get up and leave because not one server addressed them while waiting, as well as people standing at the entrance then leaving. Im a 4 year server and currently in the service industry. Theses issues stem from terrible management and understaffed wait staff. The servers that were there would prefer buss their tables, but leave it on the adjacent table. Lol the resturant could be a comedy show or on bar rescue.

Ask for Ashley. Other times in BWW I have not been impressed by service or food portions for the price, but today I came in for convenience. Ashley took my togo order and went far above and beyond for service. She offered me a sample of their new orange sauce (its so yummy!) and even offered me water to drink while I wait for my togo order. Also, Jesus loves, because it happens to be half off wings day; thats still $0.50 per wing but $11 will be 2.5 meals for me. In this rating, 4 stars is high for BWW still but Ashley just raised the bar. If she werent here, Id give 2.5 due to price and service, adding points for clean restaurant, average food, and plenty if tvs. I might plan to come back another time just for her service!

VERY SLOW SERVICE !!!!!!!!!! I am a out of town visitor on vacation for a month. Ive visited this location 5 times to watch certain sporting events. On the first visit, there was a table of us (3 couples). The bar was at approx 60% capacity. It took 10-15 mins to be greeted by our server,, 25 mins to get our drinks and 40 mins to get our food. I approached the Manager on duty who suggested that it was a rare occasion and they were just short staffed. They had ONE bartender behind the bar !!. It has not changed in 3 weeks....still ONE bar tender serving the whole bar...its terrible !! Do not go to this establishment unless you enjoy waiting endlessly for food or drinks

9/5/2016 Ordered salt and vinegar wings (which is a DRY RUB), the wings tasted just like fried wings no seasoning mix what so ever. I called, to let them know about the lack of taste of the wings the manager let me know that he "spun" my wings personally, and I shouldve ordered them "Extra Wet" (??!). I informed him that it was my first visit, how would I know to order "DRY RUB" wings "EXTRA WET". Ordered medium buffalo wings and they were good to my family. Guess Ill have to stick to Buffalo favor from here on out. Theyre sending my a gift certificate for my trouble. BTW I still have fifteen out of twenty wings left...
