Now, I never write reviews, especially on public eating places. this place, customer service sucks..badly. One my second time of trying(first time was equally bad, but I didnt think its worth writing about), recently, I encountered a person who answered the phone, spoke very quickly when I asked for todays specials, and when I asked him to repeat, as I dont hear that well,besides having English as my 3rd language, the person tried imitating a speech disabled person (with laughter at the back ground). Oh, the had given me three choices, when the spoke very fast, but only repeated one, only one! Then, I decided to order my own specially made Pizza. I was give the total, only two choices of meat and green peppers, of $13...something. Even before I gave him my contact info, and knowing when to pick up, the phone was cut. Knowing this is the second time, I had encountered the same customer service, even my friends were like, thats it!, I wouldnt go there, hey, you just lost 3 other potential customers!, Bravo!..I would think if they learned that the customers actually make the income for them, they would act better, especially in an area, where people are older folks, and not only hearing, but also phone conversations are a challenge. I opted to try another place, which had customer eccentric service, and even a higher price of pizza. thank you hungry Howes, sometimes, cheap gets cheap services.

If you like pizza and related items, this is THE local place I recommend going! My boyfriend and I are regulars here and every single time we go, we always get great service and amazing food! Even when other places have told me they cant take my order because its too late (even though its an hour before they close) I can still go here and get a delicious meal. Its great if youre on a budget too, because they have really low prices. The portions are HUGE! They also deliver and are very fast, although we frequently go here for carry out or delivery. They listen well and very rarely get the order wrong (if they do, they fix it). I have never had a problem with this place, always excellent! I personally love their cheesebread, and he is a big fan of their chicken bacon ranch sub. Their pizza is really delicious too, especially since they started having flavored crust. They are always expanding their menu as well, which is really great! They have pretty much anything you could want, and are always happy to give you service with a smile! 11/10!

South Shore Pizza went above and beyond for me. Im in NC and my Grandmother in Sun City Center is celebrating her 96th birthday today after losing her husband of 75 years just 4 months ago. I wanted her to have a yummy meal. I called in an order to South Shore Pizza. When they went over there, they couldnt find my Grandmother after an exhaustive search. The owner called me personally and offered to redeliver when I tracked down my Grandmother. I tried and tried to track her down but my calls went unanswered. Then she called and was elated that the Pizza had just been delivered. South Shore Pizza knew what an important day it was for my grandmother and they went out to redeliver even though I wasnt able to get back to them because I couldnt track her down. People like this are what makes the world go round. Thank you South Shore Pizza!

Decent pizza shop with pretty quick delivery. We have ordered a few pies here and all have arrived in about 30 to 45 minutes. This was during the week and during off peak eating times. The drivers have been friendly and the pizza and sides arrived hot and ready to eat. The taste was not the best out there, but was better than frozen, do it yourself pizzas. The price was about on par for what you get. Not overly high priced, so I guess I would say you get what you pay for here. There are better pizzas, but at a higher cost. And there are certain many other pizza places that are not as good, at lower or nearly the same price. So overall this is an average place, average prices, and average taste, in a good way, ha.

Gave this place too many chances. Ordered from this restaurant the first time, and got a steak sandwich. Paid way to much and result was all bread, little meat. Again, after ordering a second time and talking to them about my last experience with my sandwich, tried to give them a chance thinking maybe they would make me a decent sandwich. NOPE, this time I got a sandwich that was completely soggy and falling out from the bottom. Discusting!!!, will never ever order from this overpriced dump again. PS. Customer service is horrible, if your food is not made properly...they could care less and get an aditude when asked for a solution. Terrible place, dont waste your time, or money!!

These guys are great. I just ordered from them again, which makes this probably the eighth or ninth time Ive done so. I always get a pizza, and it is fantastic (especially the thin crust). Order online or over the phone and they will have it delivered to your door faster then youd expect. Theyre a pretty new business, and are continuing to improve their service. If you live in Ruskin, Apollo Beach, or Sun City Center, South Shore Pizza is THE BEST choice for pizza. Give them a try. -Micah (in Hawks Point)

i use to love this place all i got was buffalo chicken pizza no onion add ranch but after a few times getting my order messed up or calling 10 minutes before my pizza arrives asking for another card number with an additude after he confirmed my order thats enough for me needs new management because staff is lazy and messes orders up

We had calzones the meat mania is my favorite I add ricotta cheese and its unbelievable! Pizza is also great. Staff is friendly and they even staid open when we were late to pick up our order. Great food & great service and fast orders for pick up in 15mins! Money well spent ! Great job guys! #customer4life

I have eaten here multiple times since they opened. The management has always been friendly and the pizzas speak for itself. I was surprised to see some negative reviews looks like during the same time. I hope they are not competition posting them as I love these guys and a hoping they are here forever!

Luv it ,luv it, only bad thing is the coupons are always for cheese pizza,, as. Much buisnes as we give them and cant afford to a little help for loyal customers like coupons for people who actually eat toppings on their pizza ....

I didnt even get it out of the store because I saw someone making my pizza and they had an open sore on their hand. Told them to cancel my order and went to Pizza Hut instead.

I have not tried there pizza yet but there calzones and bread bowls are delicious and always wanting me to come back for more. I would definitely recommend it to people.

Ordered two subs and one sub was great but the other was wrong kind. Took them 1 hrs 20 minutes for a replacement sub. Will never order from this restaurant again!
