anytime you have to rely on teenagers to do their job, you are going to have some problems. the manager or owner cant always be there in person to make sure it gets done right. you are always going to have someone who needs to be replaced. hopefully they get that under control before my next visit. i have never personally had an issue with this location. 5 guys, generally speaking, is awesome. they have the best fast food burger period. i have lived all across the us from coast to coast, and i eat alot of burgers.. hands down, 5 guys rules. simple menu, quality food, and proper cooking techniques. who deep fries bacon in peanut oil? 5 guys does... you want large, fresh cut idaho grown fries, welcome home brother....if you want a 10$ gourmet burger, go somewhere else so the line is shorter for me and my family. if you want a bunch of people running around trying to figure out how to do something, go to a different eatery so my friends and i can eat faster, we are starving. if you want tiny little stupid shoe-string fries, do not enter here, go to that place instead and wait 20 minutes for your shakes. 5 guys THE burger bomb.

This burger place is in a league of its own. It tastes so good with all the customization options of adding toppings. The cost I would say is higher than fast food but its worth it. Like I said before with the option to add so many toppings to your burger or hotdog but without any extra charges, amazing! The normal burgers are really big so I suggest going with the little burgers if youre just a normal eater. The thing is the service is just as fast as a fast-food place. By the time you eat a couple of peanuts, youre number is called. Also definitely try the Cajun fries, amazing taste. I wouldnt say their fries are crispy, its more soft but its still really good.

I dont know what Lam is talking about but additional toppings like fried onions DO cost extra. Its totally worth it but Lam is a lier. Also their fries are amazing. They tell u where they are from on that day and fry them just as u order. Then they ask you how may fry you want and they just give u your order then dump a whole load of fries in your order bag as they give it to you!!!!! Only down side is the price but I guess if u factor in all the free fries and great service its worth it. Even if you call in ahead they still get it right. Only they give u way less fry.

I love Five Guys. The burgers are great, the cheese is melty, and the service is quick. I have a habit of ordering my food on my phone so I dont have to wait in line. I am not sure if the store or the company stopped allowing payments from the phone (which means now I have to wait in line) but its a minor inconvenience for a good burger. I wish they would allow me to pay from my phone like they used to, but for now Ill hold at 5 stars for this place :)

Costs more than a lot of other fast food joints but the quality reflects the price. Greasy, fatty, DELICIOUS food. Service was fast and the employees were refreshingly friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. Fry sizes are deceptive, recommend bringing a friend to help you finish all the french fries these guys will pour into your bag. Overall fantastic place to eat, wish I had the money to go more often.

5 Guys is Awesome, but dont go here!! I have had several to go orders screwed up by these guys!! My burger was rung up correct, Ex A1 but there was no A1 at all!! The fries had so much salt, even after is tried to dust them off, you still could not taste any potato. I finally gave up and threw them out!!

A real Burger, with all fresh toppings, real potatoes cut into french fries that are served in VERY LARGE sizes. One of the best meals I have had in a long time. To those who say that the fries are greasy, its a french fry. Its a piece of potatoe "FRIED" in oil. If you dont like dont eat them.

Food was OK but I had to repeat my order 3 times it was a simple burger w/everything on it minus tomato and then they still didnt get it right. Employees playing around instead of concentrating on the customer.

Once a great place to get a fresh burger with many toppings, has become a place to only stop for crispy fries. Not sure if they changed their meat distribution company, but the patties are flavorless and overpriced.

After my second time coming here ,i am just blown away by how friendly the service is. It was fast, organized and the food was awesome! I recommend it and I am excited to see them open the bigger spot!
