I dont like ice cream and I dont like cake, but my daughter does. We ordered a custom cake for her birthday and I took a bite, it was delish!! Until everyone started pulling HAIRS out of the slice....SO GROSS. I called and the owner refunded me, but no words to describe the embarrassment to my family !!!!

The service by Shaina was SUPER AWESOME!...I cannot say the same for the person who decided it was a good idea to leave her in that building all day by herself the day after Christmas!???...Definitely not the brightest...Cold Stone is very blessed to have such a worker to put up with that mess..
