Im a Publix lover. Its the place I really do shopping because of cleanliness, friendliness and freshness of all produce and thats my main area of shopping and the healthy drinks. Today I went as every Friday to do some shopping but my experience was the worst ever. The cashier at the service desk was not friendly what so ever. I bought a few items Naked drinks first because I Love them but second and most important they were on sale for $2.00 and thats a bargain. As she starts scanning she sees that I have over 10 items and for a good price so she stops my transaction to call who knows who to confirm that they were on sale as if I changed the UPC numbers on the bottles. Then I handed her my 12 printed coupons as she had told me in my previous visit and to be honest her attitude was so poor and rude I wanted to leave my entire purchase but with 1.00 off on every bottle I sucked it up and paid. My savings in the entire purchase was 27.38 but honestly I would have paid full price for better service. I would not recommend this location not for even emergency items I would rather go to Walgreens. Oh and if you was curious on who my cashier was is Heather. With her attitude I would not even employ her to do bathroom cleaning. I rated 1 star because I was not able to rate 0 stars

Called to order a birthday cake to pick up on my way to work in the morning and was informed I had to give a 24 hour notice. When I questioned if this was a new policy, the gentleman Dave whom I was speaking too became very rude. I informed him Ive never had this issue before and would take my business elsewhere. He didnt care, hes just an employee who honestly didnt sound like he wanted to be there in the first place!

The Delivery at this location is busy all the time. They never have enough help in the DELI, not even during heavy business hours. Lines at each counter, for sliced meat, sandwiches and hot food, which is crazy. But there is no other chain grocery in this town, so you end up waiting all the time. Every other dept is fine. But the DELI could use some help.

This is a typical grocery store that is clean and well managed. The meat department is very helpful and willing to spattercock your turkey or break up you meat package with a smile. The pharmacy is extra helpful bout notifying you when something is ready for pick up, and offering good advice.

Very clean inside the store. All of the staff are very nice and helpful. They will even help you shop if you need assistance. Normally a very fast and a pleasant shopping experience. This is a five star experience because of the devotion to customer service.

This is a small store with a limited version of a bakery. Also you have to watch out for day old bread they try to sell as fresh. The publix on citrus tower blvd is much larger with a much better assortment and fresher bread cakes and rolls.

Publix is the perfect place to find your daily essentials and much,much more. The staff is so nice and helpful. This publix also offers samples of their items such as: cookies,meat,etc. Publixs prices are so low and such high quality.
