Worst chipolte ever. Terrible manager. Threatened to call the cops on me after I tried to get him to look at and smell the charred fajitas that were in my bowl, and he wouldnt. After the past 3 times I have went there have had problems. And that is obviously due to poor management. I have never in my life had had a problem somewhere like my experience at this chipolte. And I never waste time to write bad reviews. Just awful. There is a picture of what I received in the photos. Couldve broke a tooth on the burnt, charred pieces. Smelled even worse. Out of guac that time, out of chicken last time and drowned in hot sauce the time before. There was more problems with the food then just that.They never did anything, not even apology. Other then they did replace my bowl, after I had no food at work for 8 plus hours the first time and werent even nice about it, other then one of the employee that remade my bowl. Went to this location around 1pm on a Tuesday. There was no line which was great however they were out of brown rice. (I would assume bc the lunch rush had just ended) I told them I would wait the 2-3 mins for it so I had a seat. Immediately, I was given a free drink cup so I had something while I waited. That was great! Once the rice was done, which a team member notified me of, I went and placed my 3 orders. After paying I was then given 2 Buy1 Get 1 cards as well because of my wait! I work in the food industry and I think this is a great example of customer service! Things happen, and food runs out sometimes but its about how a mistake is dealt with that keeps a good day from turning into a bad one for the customer. Thank you again- I will definitely be returning!

We love chipotle! We have always had quality service at this location, with the exception of when we order online. With online ordering, I dont trust we will get what I order, as this has consistently happened in the past. Therefore, weve stopped this practice. However, we love the food so much, we dont mind the drive out to watch them prepare our burrito bowls right in front of us. Love their chips! Being gluten-free, eating there has many choices! And I love their eco/animal friendly/local fresh produce business practices and that the company strives to put out a quality product!

So disappointed. Every time I go to the Twinsburg Chipotle, I leave so angry. I have been there only 3 times and it just gets worse and worse. There is always a line because they have one person working all of the stations. Takes forever to get through because their staff is standing in the back or eating right there at a table! Last night they ran out of guac, chips and lettuce! I would rather drive right past this store and go to Streetsboro, which is what I will do from now on. Hopefully they get their act together.

I love Chipotle, and the one in Stow and Hudson are GREAT, efficient and fresh service. But every dang time I go to the one by my job in Twinsburg, they are so SLOW, run out of items so add 10 mins. to your wait time, and then the line backs up and the employees as much as it is good to have fun at a job need to get their BUTTS in GEAR and move it when you have a line at the busy times of the day, SUCH AS LUNCH. Where is the MANAGER?! This store is not productive and on the ball!

5 stars all the way. I was there on Monday evening. I ordered my burrito, went down the line, and at th e end, the girl rolling it accidentally tore it. it was a very small rip. She asked me if it was a problem. I said no. I will still take it. The manager was cashing people out and comped my food - not like it was a huge bill, but it was still greatly appreciated. oh and the burritos are freaking great.

Great food for a quick meal. Ive found you either like Chipotle or you hate it - well I like it. What sets this location apart is their staff and management. Always cheerful, seems like they enjoy their jobs, and management is quick to jump in and correct slowdowns or handle issues.

Great food as always. Can be busy 30 mins before and after lunch time but they handle it well. Any issues are address immediately. We order weekly for what we call "Chipotle Fridays" at the office and everyone loves it.

Only came here for a fundraiser. The staff is fast and accurate filling orders and the food was surprisingly good. The parking lot is a bit tight .
